The location was really nice and the host was excellent!

The beds were really uncomfortable and everytime you move it seemed like the bed was about to fall apart!

The area was quiet and very easy to get around

I didn't know i had to do stairs,cause my visit was for Doctors appointments i was given the 3rd floor at first but then i got it changed to the 2nd floor they responded to me very quickly and upon checking out the cleaner was very helpful great service. There were no TV in any of the rooms and the room needs an ironing board

good location pre-cruise. loved having a common area...two couples so we had a place to play cards and make breakfast. Great freezer...got things cold very fast. bed in one room was very comfortable...the other bed was like a foam mattress that was too soft. A/C worked great. Very glad they provided a hair dryer. Liked having security gate for entry. Overall a great place.

cheapest possible trash bags in the kitchen. No kitchen towel. no hand soap in bathroom...had to reach into dispenser in tub to get soap to wash hands. Frying pan is peeling and only 3 coffee mugs...would have been nice to have 4. Even with this...a great place. Mostly everything you need and clean.

The apartment was extremely good for the price paid. In fact i’d say amazing. Nowhere is perfect, heck, being honest even home isn’t perfect but this was the best place i’ve stayed so far on a 10,000 road trip right across the states and back. I have paid more money for rooms a fraction of the size that were smelly and dirty. This place was totally the opposite. Fantastic

The only thing really missing was a baking tray in the oven. The wifi wasn’t always fast enough for the TV which buffered a lot. How good is it that those were the only bad points though! Very clean and tidy.

The location is excellent, situated close to Art Design district and downtown, as well as to amenities such as KFC, McDonald's, and a supermarket. Having a car would be advantageous, as relying on Uber or taxis could result in significant costs. The compound is safe and secure. The premises are secure and safe. Emily was very helpful and responded to all our queries on-time.

In our apartment (11), there was no kettle provided. Additionally, the beds were emitting some noise due to improper fixation.

It was close to everything. Minutes away from Miami beach. My family and I felt safe and secure in this private location. What I love the most was the communication and staff. I was impressed by how fast I received a response when I reached out for help and questions. I sent a message early in the morning about an iron, and in less than 10 minutes, I received a response and then shortly a friendly, helpful staff member named Claudia provided one. My family enjoyed ourselves, and our stay will definitely come back when in town.

Wished there were TVs in bedroom

Very spacious apartment, and super clean. Great fit out and kitchen had all facilities available, along with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Lounge very roomy, and good sized shower/bathroom. While the bed was very soft, it wasn't terrible to sleep on and may suit some people. TV has plenty of channels to select from also! Electronic coded locks on access gates and door to apartment, which were very easy to use. There is a washer & drier available for no extra charge which is excellent - and location is not too bad with good restaurant/cafe options within approx. 20mins walk, and plenty of onsite parking!!

Main issue was the apartment we were in had a front door which did not have blind or curtains to cover at night, so exterior lights (very bright!) shone through all night. We were in a ground floor apartment, closest to the road & front gate, which meant there was a reasonable amount of road noise, and could hear other patrons coming/going during the night, as well as aircraft overhead also.

Very clean and modern. Close to airport and wynwood design district and downtown. Touch less check in. Secure gated parking lot and property. It was very roomy, full kitchen, space is well distributed for a two bedroom apt. AC works flawlessly. Cleaning staff is courteous and accommodating. One of the bedrooms had a moon ceiling lamp, which I found fascinating and a very nice touch.

The beds wiggle a little and are on the soft end (I prefer harder beds) towels in the bathroom are kind of small.

The property was really nice and secure. There were coded gates to get in and out, plus the doors all had passcodes. Inside, the rooms looked really nice and had nice furnishings.

At first glance, everything looks really clean, but as we looked a little closer, there were some parts that weren’t fully cleaned. The shower floor was a little gross and there were footprints on the floor. But other than that, everything seemed really clean!
