It didn't inform me of a $35 per person charge after going up $80 saying no card file when discussing location and letting me now price in another conversation.

Really great place; centrally located; great amenities. Would definitely return and/or recommend to family and friends visiting Miami who want more of an apartment style place. Walking distance to the Design District and to Midtown. Quick ride over the causeway to Miami Beach. Grocery and pharmacy nearby. A little on the noisy side because it's in the heart of the city, but, it is perfectly manageable.

Like the area, so many nearby restaurants shopping stores and markets.

Didn't like the point of getting charge only for a simple check in at the lobby and then finding out they were not supposed to charge me at all ,,seems very peculiar, could the lobby personnel be pocketing that money:( ?

great stay!

Condo is located in an amazing area. Very close to everything. Very clean. The host was extremely helpful. When I arrived the front desk wanted $50 fee, the host was gracious enough to take care of this. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden fees and parking charges.

Room was clean. Nice view.

Parking was awful. No street parking. Had to park in parking garage. We had to park a ways from midblock. Then walk all the way there check in pay $32 fees for each adult plus cost of room. Go up to our room find parking garage pass. Then we had to go back to where we originally parked and move our vehicle to the midblock garage. I should have googled where the location actually was. It is right in the middle of clubs and bars. It would be a great place to stay if your there to party but traveling as a family not so much. A plus side was the building is sound proof. A great thing with the bars and clubs loud music outside. We didn't hear anything.

No shade on the bedroom window, no curtain or rod on window, light burned out in closet, tear in couch/bed

I liked the location it was close by everything.

No instructions were provided prior to arriving. You have to pay a $50 per person fee just to be in the building after already paying for your stay. Nobody informed me of this, you put 3 people are coming and nobody communicates it to the staff so it’s a 30 min check in process. The owner of the condo stated he would refund me my $100 then he stopped responding to me. The location is the only reason i stayed. The microwave didn’t work and it got really hot in the middle of the night. There was a large bleached looking stain on one of the covers.
