Everything went well besides the parking issue.

There was a minor issue with the parking fee. I was informed that it would have been waived at check-in because I had stayed here the previous day and had to return due to flight problems. But while checking out, another employee told me the parking fee was due.

Parking is very expensive and very difficult to access for those with large cars like me, who has a truck the breakfast price is also very expensive

I love to stay at this AC Hotel when I'm in Miami. Every time my experience is satisfying. From the easy parking next door to the incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent staff at every turn. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and the food tastes and feels of much higher quality than most other hotels. Again, the staff at the restaurant are always so helpful and friendly its a fantastic start to the day. I also appreciate the personal attention and even the nice follow-up emails from an actual person after my stay assuring that I had a great experience. Highly recommend!

I am always very happy with everything.

AC is a very nice hotel in an excellent part of the city. Very close proximity to the design district and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all very nice especially Vernonica and George at the front desk. The room was nice and clean, albeit a bit small. The bathroom was also nice and clean with very good hot water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast was a bit basic and could've been nicer. You only get two options of eggs and those are made in the back later which ends up taking a while before you get served.

Staff was friendly everywhere, especially the ladies during breakfast service and the bar on the roof. The morning views from the roof with coffee were amazing, and it’s a much better space than the Miami Beach location.

The WiFi was spotty around the hotel, especially in the room. I tried in the lobby and the roof with similar results.

Amazing rooftop and lobby area. Love that there were coin laundry facilities for the guest to use. Amazing staff. Very friendly and attentive. Love the daily credit to use at the restaurants.

The buffet breakfast egg options were limited.

Nice location! Amenities were great, the free museum tickets and bike rental was great. Room was clean

Nothing really, just when house cleaning took out dirty towels and wash clothes they weren’t replaced so we kept calling front desk to have them bring new ones. But they always come up asap to bring the new ones

Very conveniently located for the mall for shopping and dining , the marina and the beach! Breakfast was so good, fresh with lots of variety. The roof top lounge with grills and a pool has the best views and was amazing!

Nothing! Everything was great except for one or two not so friendly front desk personnel.

Some of the staff in reception lacked in customer service, especially when checking in late.. Great service though from the breakfast staff and the Brazilian lady.

I loved the location. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived the system was down, but we were able to go to the pool and the bar at the pool was so good. The staff was very accommodating for all the trouble. Especially Alex one of the Managers.

I have no Complaints.
