Kitchenette is a great plus! Sadly we stayed only two days and couldn't use it. Everything is clean. Hot water and air conditioner work properly. Thanks for fixing the elevator immediately. Thanks for the different cushion pillows. I love the recliner! Plenty of free parking is an A+. I recommend it. Great location.

The mattress is a little too hard for me. No safe box. The tv image colors are faded and most of the images are green. Time for a new tv. The entrance door to the room is too noisy. When guests from other rooms arrive late at night the sound gets you up from your sleeping time. Some renovations will appreciate.

The taxi driver had to push a little on our luggage to make it fit at the airport. When dropping us off our paperwork for our cruise must have fallen out of a pocket in my carry on and I didn't realize it until we were well on our way to unpacking and settling in to the room. BTW, the room wasn't ready in time, so they upgraded us to a little better room at no charge for the inconvenience and were very gracious about it. When I realized the missing paperwork and had no way to contact the taxi service I approached the manager there and she and her staff were not only accommodating but were very empathetic to the situation. They Saved the Day/Cruise!!!

The whole place seemed so busy, which is good, but makes it hard to keep up with impeccable cleanliness and such is all. I didn't like that our suite didn't have a freezer that made ice, or the basically cereal only "free" breakfast.

This is my second time at this location, and the reason , is the location, close to stores and restaurants.

For some reason the internet was rather slow, not bad, but just okay.

I loved the location of the place.It was central and I feel it's ideal for someone who is traveling for both business and leisure traveler.Its closeness to the airport and other amenities makes it the ideal place.The other thing is the affordability,the prices are very fair.

I did not like the breakfast.They should consider giving out a proper breakfast.Any meal plan would be ideal,most travellers don't like the Hussle of having to prepare their own breakfast, especially when you are coming from a foreign land.

Love the location! 1 mile from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Easy to Access via bicycle. Bus. Or Uber. Or walking. Lots of little shops, restaurants, and bar within walking distance. Everybody at the hotel is friendly, professional, and nice. Rooms are extremely quiet! Immaculately clean rooms. All the employees are accommodating. Everyone in Florida is in a good mood and happy. Would definitely recommend this hotel again.

There is nothing that I could complain about

The genuine concerns the management shows for your comfort!!! The property is well kept. The interaction with the guests that king has with the guests. His interaction will always makes you feel welcome. The staff in my opinion has taken a page out of king’s book, they are quite professional. This place is well worth every penny of your stay!

The water pressure.. Once the water pressure is fixed all is exceptional..

Breakfast needs to be secured, No problem allowing the needy to get a meal, however those who paid for breakfast should have the opportunity to get something too.. That’s my only suggestion!!!

The room I stayed in was too close to the washroom and can hear it at various hours of the night.. I didn’t want to request a change of room, so I endured the inconvenience!

The location was great for us. The employees were great! The first room they put us in, the AC was not working but they moved us immediately.

The fire alarm went off twice the first night. But they fixed it the next day and there were no ore issues.

Spacious clean well-mannered courteous great customer service to be safe

It's a great place to stay if you have you want to cook you might have to ask for utensils but there is oven a stove a refrigerator and it's very clean and they take well of it the lighting is good

The manager, staff, maintenance guy, the is a special house keeper, she knows how to provide good service. There is a mail too, great service!

Just the less fortunate taking all the fruits and not being considerate of the paying customers!
