Didn’t really like anything specifically about it.
Once again I didn’t get any house keeping, no new clean towels, there were stains on the wash cloths….some of the rooms don’t even have a lock on the door. It’s honestly not the best for the money I spent.

Nothing
Dead cockroachs in the bed, in the shower, on top of the nightstand, dusty room, paint peeling, dirty floors. This place was so gross we didn't ever want to take a shower it was so bad, and turning the water on it was pink, just so gross.

The location, it was close to my job but that's about it, $20 cash deposit for a card key that worked once and then got attitude the next morning when I turned the key in and asked about the deposit, which I still didn't get all of it back. All the pics were inside the room, mold on the ceiling, the lighting in the room, the electrical hazards, and the ⅛" thick paneling in place of the glass on the sliding door that didn't lock.
I'm not one to give a business a one star because I own my own business. But when you can obviously tell that a business's management team is not trying to maintain the place much less upgrade it so that it's a competitor with other hotels around here, then I got to give what it deserves. The rooms would be in the negative if it was possible to do that. I have stayed in hotels all over the South with my profession, and I've stayed in some that I thought was just pure shit. But this room is by far the worst I've ever stayed in... ever! I had better spots in I-Block at RMC or in confinement out in the panhandle during the summer burning up all day and night. And I'm being dead serious. None of the lamps work, the sliding door is not a glass door, nope it's a piece of paneling that a 5yr old could pull out of the door frame, but the brace in between the two door frames is in place and nice and sturdy🙄🤦, I'm scared to plug my phone in cuz these outlets look like something that was done way before there was an electrical code in Florida, and I've never seen so much duck tape on a set of walls in my entire life. And I repair Mobile homes for a living. Oh and the fridge is just a prop for pictures, that thing has more bugs in it and feels more like an oven so I'm not sure when it was on the last time, or plugged in for that matter. And for the price I had to pay and then get in here and it's not a vacant room, I'm just gonna sleep over at the bugs' place tonight is just shocking. But I have a service animal with me, that's registered with the Federal Government but he made it clear that it was like his choice to not charge me for him being with me but he gives me a room that has the dumpster looking kinda promising, but we're so far from the office the Wi-Fi is a myth.

Absolutely nothing.
Rude staff who don’t understand ADA laws because they’re ignorant and refused to read the laws that I was showing him. I was discriminated against due to having a service animal and illegally charged a $45 pet fee for three nights. It was beyond filthy. I couldn’t sleep on the sheets, they were dirty. I couldn’t use the shower as there was a HUGE dead roach in it. They provided no soap, shampoo or anything. The towels were grey, no longer white.

Stay was quiet and peaceful. Location was close to restaurants.
Overall poor maintainence of facility. Holes in walls, patches on unpainted doors and walls. No maid service on discounted rooms, cost extra.

I liked that the guy gave us 5 minutes to refund if we didn’t like the room.
Room was disgusting. Bed bugs and used toilet. The WORST room I had ever seen. Room looked run down. NOTHING like the pictures showed. But even with the pictures I assumed it may be a LITTLE run down but I wouldn’t even let my pigs stay in this place. BED BUGS!!!!!
