It is nicely located in Gainsville not ar from campus and not far from the drag strip... but just far enough. We went for Gator Nationals booked late and many hotels were out of our budget. When I saw this place and the price, I figured it may be in a rough section or dilapidated, run down. It was clean, comfortable and above what I thought I would get. Sean (If I am spelling that right) at the front desk was super nice and hugely accommodating. I have stayed at nicer hotels.. but have paid a lot more money. I would come back here anytime.

To be fair, great comfortable place, but if you are there and also having to work. The Wi-Fi was a tad slow. .. But I managed okay - and not that unusual at many hotels I stay at.

They don't offer breakfast but that is fine because there are so many places to go eat around the hotel. My husband stay very very often because it is close to our jobs an right now we both have to walk to work do to the fact that his car has been in the shop. The staff here are wonderful and nice the rooms are clean and comfortable my husband an I have a room that we like the most an they try to get us in that everytime we stay i would stay here and time an recommend this place to someone that is looking for a spot to crash for one or even a few nights.

The hotel itself isn't perfect. There are things here and there that could use fixing. However, it's apparent that they've made a concerted effort to renovate and improve this place. The thing that makes the difference here is that the staff is absolutely amazing - honestly one of the friendliest hotel staffs I've ever encountered. The front desk guy was very helpful and accommodating. He also let us leave our car there for the Gator game. Other staff we came in contact with were always smiling and quick to greet us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, local to downtown or UF. Owner was very nice, and check-in was very easy. The rooms are simple and old-styled but very comfortable and clean. AC worked amazingly!!!

A major improvement would be to include a coffee maker! Overall though, amenities were sufficient.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years while attending the NHRA Gatornationals. It suites our needs perfectly. The owner even remembered me even though this was our fist time back since the pandemic. The room was clean with a comfy bed and fresh, crisp linens with a friendly price point.

Nothing fancy here, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. We were desperate to find a hotel near the Gainesville airport because our flight to Ft. Myers was moved to Gainesville. Apparently there was a very big college football game which filled up all the big name hotels. We only needed a place to sleep one night, so this one did the trick. We have no complaints.

Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Clean rooms. Nice lighten, clean bathroom. Fresh towels, clean linens. I will definitely give 5 stars.

It was Okk pool is always close with a sign saying close for maintenance!!! And the room was ok clean but one thing they need to do is upgrade on the pillows!! The pillows was so flat like a pancake

The price however it was a football and holiday weekend, so everything was extremely overpriced.

The property was in a convenient location the UF. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.
