It has a wonderful location right on the beach and the owners are there to greet you on arrival which is a nice touch. There’s a really cute little beach bar/tiki hut which is very Instagramable, but it wasn’t open for the duration of my stay unfortunately. I had a one bed cottage that was large and bright with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The whole place is very pretty but not perfect; it’s a little “rustic” but that just kinda adds to its charm.

It’s split by the main road and my accommodation was across the road from the beach. This isn’t a major problem, I just wasn’t expecting it. I was a little disappointed the tiki bar wasn’t opened at all while I was there; it would’ve been lovely to sip a cocktail whilst watching the sunset on the beach. Perhaps that’s because I wasn’t staying during high season.

Nice lil clean, cozy spot. Very close to the beach. Nice staff members. It was my fiancé’s birthday and I called before arrival to see if they could hang a birthday banner and balloons in our place and they came through for me, even a small birthday cake as well. Very nice of them..

Other than noisy occupants above us and noisy roof construction next door, which was beyond their control, we had a really nice time.

Great location, everything you need for the day at the beach is provided by the resort, beach chairs, umbrellas, even kids beach toys. Very convenient, you don't really need to go anywhere (aside from getting the food, but you can uber it as well), you can get a drink, ice cream for kids, all without leaving the place. We enjoyed the stay very much, kids loved the beach.

Fine, we prepared our own. The refrigerator and counter space was sufficient. Dishes et. al. were well-cleaned and provided sufficiently as well. The beach facilities were wonderful in that there were many chairs to use and nice covered areas for eating / picnicking with family. Also, the laundry facility was beneficial. Thank you

This was more a personal problem in that the stairs to our accommodations were difficult for us - an elevator would have been beneficial - the inner space was limited for three adults to place suitcases etc. Note that the water in the bathroom sink was slow/minimal pressure? and the air-conditioning unit being high on the wall did not lend to easy access for controlling the temperature.

It was right in the beach. The staff was outstanding. It’s older but clean and the bed was fantastic. They have everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas and other beach things. They also have bikes you can ride free of charge.

we stayed in the Palm Penthouse. The balcony overlooks the beach and the beautiful sunsets! That was my favorite part of all!

The penthouse is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was a hike when I was carrying luggage. The second floor landing was tricky because the last step is a tad higher than the stair steps. I fell forward once and bruised my knees. I almost fell down the steps at the same place because it leaned forward a bit and I stepped on the edge of the landing. The steps and the coffee machine were my only negatives.

The owners/staff are very welcoming and helpful. Funky, laidback vibe. I will definitely return.

Try to stay on the beach side of the property. The little road, just like all of Sarasota/Bradenton, has a lot of traffic in early March.

nice little King college or bungalow I don't know what you want to call it had everything in that you needed to cook if you wanted you have to walk across a street and then you're into the sand and pretty close to the ocean.

Right on the beach. Clear beautiful water & Shoreline. Cute and clean cottages and rooms. Staff is wonderful. Very courteous.. Beautiful grounds Lots of detail Of flowers and tropical foliage. Lots of small & large meeting areas outside with places to BBQ or just sit in lounge chairs. I will be back.👍🙂

The only complaint I have is I wise they had a long Mirror to make sure you are properly dressed.
