Location was beyond excellent. The room is gorgeous, loved the decor. Air conditioning worked just fine and loved the beach chairs and deck. Staff was friendly.

For the price, I felt there could be more amenities. Even some bottled water in the fridge would be a nice touch . I get that the price is high due to location but there was nothing extra and the parking lot is a nightmare to pull out of. But, we enjoyed our stay for sure 😁.

The location across the from the beach was perfect. It was not far from bars and resturants. We had brought our own scooters which made travel from various locations so much easier.

Hotel was awesome but our reservation was not updated at the hotel from Booking.com. Not sure where the error was made but the hotel did adjust for the change in room and added our additional night stay, however we had to pay additonal with the hopes of being reimbursed (still waiting for confirmation regarding this). It was a little noisy as it is on a main drag, also lots of construction.

The staff were courteous and professional, the facilities were clean and organized, and the beach and weather were AMAZING!

The facility could use some maintenance (e.g., new flooring or ceiling to minimize noise levels, and reinforce or replace gutters and downspouts to prevent water leaks in the covered patio areas).

Upon arrival from a Long day of traveling, the two staff members that greeted us were very friendly and polite. They explained everything we needed know and made the check in process stress free.

A lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable, and roomy. directly across the road from the beach. We had a two bedroom/1 bath/ full kitchen. They granted us a late check out of 11 am. which was nice but still a little early in my opinion. They also allowed us to park in their lot until 1 to allow us to use the beach and not worry about finding a public lot with spaces available which can prove difficult on a lovely warm day.

The location was great. The staff were great especially Nicole at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to acknowledge my birthday with a card and bottle of wine. The room was clean and comfortable.

The grout in the bathroom was black and our hot water was not hot. The pool area was taken over by a large group and music playing.

The overall facility had a very beachy key West kind of feel as did the accommodations themselves. Everything was spotless including the pool and patio area. The beach was just across the street and they had lounge chairs dedicated to our hotel. They also provided a beach umbrella as well as separate Beach towels. The beach area was very quiet and he almost felt like it was your personal beach.

If zoning rules would allow, it would be helpful to have a formal crosswalk installed to get over to the beach area. The road is pretty busy but most drivers were fairly courteous and stopped to let us cross.

It was not on the beach as advertised or booked. Cleaning services were slow to pick up trash

The location was PERFECT! It was right across the street from the beach. The facilities were excellent including a super clean and warm pool. The rooms were also a great size for our party of 5 adults and 4 kids.

The ac unit in the room wasn’t strong enough for the studio we were in. So it was a little uncomfortable for myself who prefers to be cool at night.

It's was cute. Had a beachy feel to it. Staff was very nice. I loved the access to the room. No card to fool with. Used a code to get in and out of the room. It was very quaint.

The furniture in the room was dirty looking. Really need an update or someone come in and steam clean the furniture. It was stained.
