I like location. Beachfront was perfect even not renovated... rooms clean.

Pet charges per day $50 (I think it was to high).

The staff is very kind, polite, and attentive. The receptionist, who is from Brazil, was amazing — she went out of her way to give us great tips about restaurants and must visit places. She really made the difference in our stay!

Housekeeping needs improvement. When we arrived, there was dog waste right in front of the reception.

The location beachfront is perfect!!! The renovated rooms are wonderful and the beachfront rooms are good, with a kitchen, living room, the decor is beautiful too, but they could be better if the same renovation was done in that area. The pool is warm and the environment is very pleasant.

I will come back to this hotel for sure! But I will ask for a unit in the second floor if I knew the hotel. I think the individual balcony is more private.

The property was clean, the salt water pool was excellent, we enjoyed the flow of the property, from the beach to the pool, to the on premises bikes, bar and coffee shop. The flow from the bike, back to the pool or beach. We enjoyed the on premises games like Jenga and Cornhole. The outdoor music was at a subtle volume you could hear but not over powering.

On Saturday afternoon playing cornhole the maintenance crew had the leaf blowers going, very noisy. Sunday morning they were painting walk ways and had the entrance to the beach in the middle of the building blocked off because of the painting. These things could have waited especially the painting, the grounds could have been cleaned up with something other than gas leaf blowers which are loud, and smell aweful. Electric blowers are available or brooms.

Didn't have much hot water to shower at night and the blowing off of sidewalk at our entry door woke us between 845am and 910am making impossible to sleep in on our vacation.

The Bali Hai exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk were extremely accommodating and I especially want to thank Oriel. I made a mistake when I booked the room and she went out of her way to make sure that everything was handled quickly and easily. She was very nice and helpful and managed to fix our reservation. I will definitely be coming back to this resort as often as possible. Everyone at the hotel was excellent. I cannot thank them enough.

We did not have a single problem with the hotel and staff. Everyone was great.

fantastic location right on the beach. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable with lovely 4 poster bed. saw dolphins from our apartment window.

needs updating which they are in the process of doing. paint peeling off the bathroom walls, could have been cleaned better. sofa bed mattress although new not comfortable to sleep on, unusable in my opinion, bunk bed mattress poor quality. couldn’t close bedroom blind as broken. kitchen draw broken. noise levels after 10pm were not adhered to on some nights.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful view from the room, very good drinks service. We loved our stay, the room was clean and smelled nice. The view was amazing. The hotel is undergoing renovations as is the entire area due to the hurricane, but we still had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The bed, mattress was too soft.

The staff at front desk was and house keeper were great. Room was cleaned and restocked everyday with pride and a friendly attitude😊 The view from our oceanfront 2nd floor room was Beautiful!❤️

The furnishings were great, fresh white paint cleaned up the room. Entire room definitely needs to be renovated, especially the bathroom and kitchen.

The lady at the front desk upgraded us to a room that was oceanfront and convenient to everything!! Appreciated that and had an excellent stay!

The "stairs" would be the only thing I would change :)
