We like the free cabanas and 2 chairs at the beach and water dispensers at the lobby. The interior is clean and comfortable. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator.

The shower pressure is weak and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We can get the beach towels from the lobby or the pool. But when we returned the used towels and wanted to exchange them for new towels at the pool, the staff did not honor our request. In the morning, there were no staff at the pool to hand out towels until 10am. So we went to the front desk to get new towels without old towels to give them.

We loved the hotel, we felt very comfortable, everyone was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and renovated, with quality cosmetics. The service from Jaray, Anthony, and Jess at the front desk was outstanding. We had to check out two days before the reserved date due to an emergency, and they were unusually willing to arrange the change of reservation. Thanks to their management, we only paid for the days we stayed. Excellent breakfast. We will return!

Wonderful beach with island atmosphere bar & grill near the pool & beach edge. Attentive staff & easy access to rooms because a small size resort. There were plenty of beach & pool chairs plus seating in the public areas away from the pool as well. The umbrellas & cabanas, to escape the hot sun were helpful. The beach grill was open late into the evening & had great food & drinks options.

The weekday breakfast menu in the restaurant was limited. Many more choices on the weekend brunch menu that would have been great choices if available during the week.

The beach access from the hotel was great, and the availability of beach towels for guests use every day! Food at the restaurants was a bit pricey, but not surprising for a resort town. The complimentary coffee in the Lobby was very nice every morning.

I was surprised that the rooms were only cleaned every other day, and the sheets were not changed during the entire stay. Housekeeping did ask, but we declined. I figured sheet changing would be automatic. After our first day on the beach, housekeeping did not come by our room the whole day until around 4 pm - a bit late. The mattress in our room 218 was a bit hard, but not unbearable. The room was comfortable, but not luxurious. A hotel concierge would have been helpful to answer questions about the area.

room was good ,nice to have a restaurant on site for morning breakfast,could have a few more options on menu, beach was close nice to have access to cabanas ,food at coconut Charlie's for a quick lunch and some drinks. Hotel was very quiet and staff were all pleasant.

Maid came in every other day exchanged towels, that was about it never swept the floor. Food and drinks at beach bar was very expensive compared to other eateries around the hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hilton. The staff was terrific. Caitlyn at the front desk was very attentive and ensured that our stay was going well. Janet at the pool was very professional and helpful. The food was delicious and the waiters and waitresses were very good, especially Sonya. At my request, our room was cleaned each day by Jalen and Eboni. They did a great job. The view was beautiful and the cabanas on the beach were just right. Overall, a good experience.

I know it is probably company policy, but since Covid is done, I think room cleaning should be automatic. You are paying to be on vacation and should not have to request that service any longer.

Great vacation spot. Staff was so friendly and helpful from front desk to the restaurants. Everything you need is right on the property. Live music at the beach in the evenings was a huge added plus for us. After long beach and pool days we didn’t want leave so having the beach restaurant there with music was perfect!

Towel attendant was running around picking up towels at the beach and around the property so it was hard to get towels by the pool. Not her fault but would be better if there more staff around to help clean up towels or distribute them.

Great location and beach access. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. It’s nice that you get cabanas and beach chairs included with your stay. The room was clean and had a lot of places to put our stuff. I was there for a girls trip but it appeared to be very family friendly. It’s convenient to have a restaurant on site and others in walking distance.

Beds are hard.

This hotel was beyond expectation! The pool area was definitely my favorite, aside from being right on the beach. Coconut Charlie's in the front was delicious and their Tiki Bar in the back was so fun to go to. They had fun bands play and everyone was so nice! The cool thing about this hotel to was that it was dog friendly (which will be super helpful in the future!)

Loved this hotel! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The layout of the property was great, and the grounds were very pretty and well maintained. This hotel seemed to be on the quieter side, which was great, especially as a couple traveling. Having both pool chairs and cabanas on the beach included was a major plus, as well as music by the pool. It never felt too crowded by the pool or beach. Definitely returning to this hotel.
