Convenient location in a safe area. Our room was fine, though I supposed it’s on schedule to be renovated when the get done with the rooms on the other half of the hotel. It’s was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very nice!

The $45 resort fee. We used their beach towels and that’s it. The pool should be part of the deal anyway, as should Wi-Fi. The beach chairs can’t be moved, so it’s a good thing we brought our own. We also brought our own awning which had to be set up beyond the boundaries of the property, which is fine. If you wanted an umbrella over your “free” loungers, it was $20. Why not give guests the OPTION to buy the beach towel/lounger/umbrella package for the $45 resort fee? Basically, we paid $45 a day for 2 beach towels.

We were very happy with the hotel and amenities. Our stay was cut short by hurricane Helene. The front desk found us reservations quickly. And got us a ride to hotel. We would come back..on our next Anniversary trip. Two nights was not enough. We wanted a beach Anniversary and were sent to the city. Which we didn't like at all. Sure it was safe just not what we wanted. Not your fault at all! I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants the beach..and beautiful pool. Thanks again

The lobby had everything available - resaurant, bar, coffee cafe, lounge areas. The courtyard was inviting with different areas to hang out, lots of seating options, music & games. The pool was perfect! Lots of seating, umbrellas, and plenty of pool for everyone. The staff was super accommodating and definitely made me feel taken care of. The beach is gorgeous and I appreciate the complimentary towels & chairs.

The bathroom in the room is a bit dated, but let me tell you, the water pressure was impressive! No microwave or coffee machine in room & when I asked they were all out; they do have a microwave in the lobby which I used.

Location, location, location...

The room was in very bad need of updating. There was a big chunk of floor missing in our bathroom. Room and furniture was old and worn out. I paid $677 for 2 nights at this hotel. And while it was a fun time, I left feeling overcharged for what I actually got. Everything seemed way overpriced from the room to drinks and food. They have a great l9cation on St. Pete Beach runneed to desperately spend some money on renovations of some of the rooms. Also they govern the AC in the rooms. Meaning it's set point is 74 degrees. It never cooled off the room enough. Needed a fan. And lighting in the room also was bad. Broken bedside lamps. And old fixtures. Again they need to renovate badly. The beds were comfortable. But the floor was filthy.

Great location on the beach. Plenty to do within walking distance. It was spring break when we arrived and they did a great job keeping the party crowd away from regular guests. Large pool and a bar on site with good drinks. Our room was quiet.

The prices were jacked up due to spring break. Our room was on the back side facing the parking lot. The room was old and in need of maintenance. I think they put more work into the garden facing rooms towards the pool. We stayed there last year and they seemed to be in much better shape. We traveled with our dog and there was no designated space to let him do his business.

I really liked the location.

I showed up at 4 pm for my check in and the property did not let me check in until 5:30. Personally it seemed very unprofessional because check it was at 4 and after a 16 hour drive I wasn’t able to relax and check into my room. After the initial check it it was nice but room service never came to clean my room once. They also told us we had to wait for a microwave and coffee pot to be brought to our room. We waited three days just for them to bring us a nasty gross coffee pot that had now been washed.

I loved the distance between beach and pool. The outside set up is perfect. Pool, beach, volleyball, things to do in the lobby, a cute cafe, nice sitting area. The whole hotel felt very clean and set up nice.

The rooms were a little bland. More decorations would be nice to make it cozy feeling. The floors are slippery when wet, some rugs in the room would be nice and more safe. We also didn’t have a table in our room, so not much counter space for items, or if you want to play cards/games.

Proximity to the beach was perfect, the pool was great, big enough for plenty of people. The room was spacious and & well laid out, the staff was great. The location is in the middle of everything we really didn't need the rental car.

The room cleaning schedule could have been better, the AC & shower temperatures were slightly off. This hotel is a party spot on the weekends, which is really cool, just wasn't really the vibe I was going for with 2 small kids.

Great location with beach access and easy access to many restaurants. Wonderful pool. Super cute retro vibe throughout the property. Entertainment at the pool/beach bar on Thursday Friday and Saturday. Super friendly staff. Water lemonade and cookies in lobby.

Food from restaurant/ bar was just ok. Drink prices on menu at bar did not match the price charged…bartender explained that the menu is currently being updated. Bathroom was clean but tub is due for a remodel.

Love how they have fixed up the pool area with new Funiture. Still think they should have left the trees in the courtyard but it's still very nice. We also like the omelets station.

They price for drinks are ridiculous. Even for a soda it was 4$. A mix drink and a High noon was 27$. Come on man, Yes, it's a resort and I know the price can be up there but that's just highway robbery. We love the location and the resort itself. We have been coming here for over 5 yrs.
