We loved the position of the pool, opening out to the beach, and the extremely clean and pretty deck area. The rooms were great, and access onto the pool deck was easy. Very peaceful resort. Complimentary bikes being available to use is a great way to navigate Anna Maria too.

As with many hotels in AMI there is limited service offerings, the fee covers your room, its very motel like and you will likely have no interaction with staff between check in and out. No glassware in the room made it feel less classy.

We loved the way the pool was in view of the beach with easy access. Nice to have chairs and towels available to guest both by the pool and at the beach.

I booked a queen and 2 twin beds room and was not expecting that the twin beds were actually cots a few inches off the floor. Made it hard to move around the room. For the price we paid I was definitely expecting twin beds.

The location is one of the best on the island. The view from this particular room is breathtaking, and it is literally just down the stairs and onto the beach. The pool area is well-manicured, and the setting is beautiful. Having the chairs and umbrellas provided already is so appreciated. Complimentary bike and shuttle access are two more wonderful bonuses. The housekeeping and front office staff were so friendly and took a personal interest in our stay.

To be honest, I cannot really think of anything that was lacking during our stay.

We've stayed at this location for years and this was our first time since the reconstruction of the Blue Water Resort that We've been back because of cost. Other places are much less expensive.

The location was perfect.

The price was over rated but all resorts on the island over charge in season. The real issue was booking.com stated the room had three bed and there were only two. There was a communication issue.

The property is excellent! Everything clean and organized. With room cleaning and change of towels every day. It has a coffee machine and they replace 4 coffee pods every day, but they don't mind giving you more and they don't charge you for it. It has the best pool of all hotels, a reserved area with a sofa and TV. Mini golf, ping pong and others

The pool could close at midnight. 10pm is too early for someone coming on vacation.

This location and resort is excellent, in everything, in front of the beach, with the best sunsets, and the best present was the day before we left the resort: we saw two dolphins playing in front of the beach .. it was espectacular . The only two recommendations are: 1.- firmer mattress and 2. that the shower has cold water, all the time it was hot, and I needed cold water to calm and refresh my skin after being exposed to the sun. I don't understand why cold water doesn't come out in the shower but in the sink and dishwasher there is cold water. We reported this, they immediately fixed it in the sink but they told me that the shower was like that. so I was left with the desire to have a good cold shower.

Great, large, comfortable room - both bedroom, living space and bathroom The sofa-bed was already done when we arrived. Ample space to unpack, cook, etc. Nice, fresh decoration.
