I loved this cottage and it was so affordable! The yard was maintained, the house was exceptionally clean especially the bathroom, the shower was big and had good water pressure, the AC kept it very cool inside, it was just across the street from the beach, there are beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach that the property provides for you, and it’s a short walk from the shops and restaurants.

The bed was uncomfortable and it was tricky trying to use the keyless lock door code. A spare key would be useful just in case the door code doesn’t work and the host isn’t available to take a call.

It is literally a minute walk to the beach. Cleanliness is outstanding. Private lawn is well kept. There is space for parking for 2 cars which is awesome. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is walking distance about less than half a mile to Bridge Street. As soon as you get out of the house, there’s 3 houses you’ll walk by then you’ll cross the road and it’s already the beach. Convenient location and access to the beach. Terry was very easy to contact and responds quickly any time. The property was just gorgeous and perfect location!

Exceptional location. Sunrise view over Sarasota Bay and sunset view Gulf of Mexico from the end of driveway. Peaceful during the day when we walked back from beach to have lunch on the porch. It is a beach cottage as described on website and is perfect for a couples get away.

It was a quick walk got the beach and bridge street.

Front Door needed painting and the house needed to be pressure washed. Did not make a very good first impression.

Great location, plentiful towels,ideal for the beach and access to Anna Maria Island. Lovely garden .Comfortable.

No wardrobe or safe. Tiny bathroom. Cottage needed some TLC ....bits and pieces weren't working.

Location to the beach.

The window in the bathroom was poorly taken care of and covered with a piece in vinyl covering that was peeling off the window. The front door was not sealed at the bottom and warm air and lizards were getting in. The outdoor table umbrella was broken and unable to be used. Light switches by coffee maker were severely discolored and warped. The deck boards were patched but the whole deck needs to be redone. The recessed lighting above the sink area did not work. We notified the team and they were never replaced.
