Location near the airport was optimal! Friendly staff and clean and everything we needed.

The ‘restaurant’ was severely lacking. We ate dinner there and my chicken ceases salad was prepackaged in a plastic container like I’d expect from an airport takeout stall. Plastic silverware. My wife ordered wine and we had to ask twice for it to finally come. Her wings were delivered in a takeaway box and came 10 minutes after I got my salad. Wings tasted good! Breakfast was hot and nice before the shuttle ride to the airport. Shuttle driver was exceptional!

The people next door had a birthday party for a 10 year old. No fault of yours; however, parents very irresponsible. First call to front desk 10:00 pm. music blaring, kids running up and down the the hall, slamming doors, pounding on the walls. 2nd call around 11:00 adult male yelling, music blaring, running up and down the hall. 3rd 1:00 a.m. more of the above. Cops there. While cops were there parent using language. Party was popping several balloons while police waited in hallway. 😱😥what an example for those young girls

Having bad experiences booking hotels online in the past I didn't have my hopes up. but Wow my family and I were impressed with the room. Very clean, very spacious, nice tv, nice living/lounge room area. It had a desk, a coffee bar. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were great too! We ordered food from the lobby restaurant and were pleasantly surprised again. The burgers were great! All of the encounters with the staff were great, everyone there was kind and helpful.

The bathroom was just a little tight, and slight rusting in the draining part of the bathtub. but it wasn't that big of a deal to us. It was still very nice and clean.

Very clean. White bed sheets and white towels are very important to feel comfort about cleanse. There is no smoke smell. The breakfast was very good. The room I payed for was with a double bed and a sofa bed, it has a comfortable and nice design because it has an office space with desk, a kind of a basic small kitchen space with refrigerator, coffee/tea machine. It has a big TV screen, an iron for clothes.

I'd like to have at least a small washbasin in the bathroom, there is one out of the bathroom, that is good to be used by the others in the room but It is important one inside to wash the hands before touching the door.

It was one of the best all around. We loved the older guy that was cleaning stuff up at the dinning aera he was the nail for your place he's the reason I will return the way he reacted to us and treated us as we were leaving made it a great day.that being said ty to him

Snotty girl working the bar that night older lady that done the check in was great little blonde needs to get off her high horse remember we are all the same even the family's that don't want to hit on her and drink she's not all that lol And fix the deep fryer she said was broken couldn't cook

Very close to the airport. Stephanie the shuttle driver was absolutely amazing!! Super friendly and informative and was wonderful driving us around to several locations.

The shuttle driver Andre was awful. He grunted at us to let us know we were supposed to follow him to the shuttle. He didn’t speak to us, didn’t help with the door, didn’t get out of the car, and he reeked of weed!! I can’t believe an establishment like the Hyatt would employ someone to drive people around when he smells like weed. I was very upset that this man was driving me and my children around under the influence.

The property is clean, functional and comfortable. The staff there are superb, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. What I would improve is the bar food service. We ordered and it came in a polystyrene box. Given there were tables in the bar area and by the pictures on the literature, we thought it would be a basic bar table service. Just a recommendation for improvement not a complaint All in all we really did enjoy our stay and world definitely stay again.

The staff was attentive & pleasant, providing excellent customer support. The hotel has some good upgrades, rooms are big & very clean. Free breakfast is great, lunch at the cafe was really good (I had turkey & pesto on sourdough bread with parmesan fries on the side) & there were lovely wine options. Gym has key essentials for a good workout. Pool is small, but still met my needs of soaking up a little sun. Hotel has All the amenities & is close to the airport. Thanks for the free shuttle ride! I would highly recommend!

Nothing but if I had one suggestion, it would be to add USB ports to the lamps by the bed.

Good breakfast, close to the airport, providing airport shuttle, all staff except one were very friendly and courteous. It is apparently an old hotel of which rooms need renovation. The price was reasonable though. Overall it isn’t bad to stay for a night after a 20-hour plane ride.

The hotel staff who picked us up from the airport the night of December 31 wasn’t friendly at all. The driver who took us back to the airport on January 1st was very nice and super friendly though.

I read the great hotel reviews and made the choice to reserve our rooms. The reviews were 100% true! Modern lobby with a beautiful fireplace plus a free coffee and tea bar available 24 hrs. Wonderful friendly staff! Our rooms were very spacious and clean! The hot breakfast was flavorful and varied the 3 days of our stay. The grounds of the hotel was clean, bright and we felt secure; there was even a place for our dog to go do her business! Oh yeah! transportation to local shops and airport!
