We had an issue at check in because our reservation couldn’t be found but Marc did an awesome job assisting us in the issue and made sure he got us into the room very kind and respectful .. our cruise was delayed the next morning so we asked to extend our check out time til 2 and the staff accommodated us with no hesitation everyone was so pleasant we will be sure to recommend to others and come back in the future

The breakfast was very good and the staff in the dinning room were especially excellent. They were professional but welcoming and it reminded me of the service you get in Europe. You feel taken care of.

The room opened to the atrium (which I knew about before booking) so it was a bit noisy. Not so bad…but the door had a large gap under it which let lots of light in from the atrium and more noise too.

Bed was very comfortable and my room was well cleaned. King room wasn’t cramped at all, comfortable and spacious. Bar employees were extremely nice. Carolyn, I think was her name, took good care of me and my visiting guests. The gentleman that checked me in Saturday late afternoon was friendly and answered my questions. Most importantly, it was a quiet floor and I got a good nights sleep.

A/C was loud. Not broken or in need of maintenance, just loud during wind down tv time and initially lying down to sleep but once I fell asleep everything was fine. It didn’t wake me and I slept well.

Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities and room are very clean and spacious, breakfast is good, beds are comfy, close to the airport, short walk to lots of shops and restaurants

The only problem we had was the thinness of the walls. We heard everything in the hall and the room next door. It was during normal hours, so nothing that disturbed sleep.

Very clean and spacious but mostly it was a relaxed environment. Also, Olivia, she worked at the front desk and she was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked questions between checking in/out. 5 stars for guest services!!

The renovation? Going on at the stairwell at the end of the hallway I was located but nothing other than that.

Everything. This location has always been great for me.

The breakfast buffet was only on one day, Saturday, instant watery eggs, there was only water, coffee, or orange juice for drinks. The buffet breakfast was better when they had the chef making your omelets and pancakes fresh. Also a lot of the staff (housekeepers) did not understand or speak English. There should also be more towels in the rooms.

Good location. Breakfast good though it should be always included. Breakfast portions very large…. Too large in my Canadian opinion. Lol

Better inspection of rooms for damage. Also when work is being done on the building customers should be advised and if there is inconvenience caused then there should be a discount.

I traveled from Miami, for a funeral .My niece lives in Jacksonville, and she suggested Crown Plaza.I told her, if, she didn't get this right, we would have a double funeral.. As soon as we entered,the hotel , the entryway, gave me a "WoW '" factor.I gave her 3 hugs before we reached the receptionist desks. When I looked at my room, I felted like a queen.I was so happy. Crown Plaza, is now my #1 hotel.I will be telling all my coworkers and friends , about my stay.

Nothing , the property was beautiful

Nice-looking property that’s close to the airport. Crowne Plaza has a shuttle to/from the airport. My room has 2 beds, a chair next to one bed, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker with coffee and tea. No microwave but I saw one on the ground level close to the pool. There is a restaurant across the front desk (more like a bar that serves foods). There is also a Starbucks which, I think, only opens in the morning because when I checked in around 4 pm, it was closed, and when I checked out the following morning at 5 am, it was also closed (it was understandable that it was closed too early in the morning).

The drapes in my room only stayed on the sides. They don’t cover the entire window. The air conditioning confused me because I couldn’t adjust anything on it, but the small reader on the opposite wall was adjustable. I believe the buttons on the air conditioner are not working at all. The ice machine on the second floor where my room was had no ice, so I had to go to the ground level for the ice. Also, the 2 bar soaps in my room were very small and thin. The hotel can’t provide its guests with a bigger bar of soap? Fortunately, I brought my own soap bar.

Breakfast and location r both great. The facilities and pool area are lovely.

The blackout curtains in the bedrooms do not close. Only the sheers on the windows would close. When I called the front desk to ask how to close the blackout curtains she said "they aren't meant to close". The room is very light without those curtains available to block light.
