The breakfasts each morning were hot and delicious with a lot of variety and some healthy options like fresh fruit and yogurt. The food and dining areas were kept very clean. Our room was comfortable, quiet, spacious and VERY clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew! With blackout curtains, it was easy to rest and relax there. The bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and amenities like a hairdryer and small toiletries like soap and shampoo. The grounds and parking area were also attractive. The front desk staff we encountered, Allysia, Sondra and Shaquanda, were all wonderful. They were welcoming, professional and very helpful in getting our reservations straightened out and in providing directions. Sondra is particularly gifted in explaining driving directions to navigate the nightmare tangle of interstates around and through Jacksonville! Although we hope to never have to come through Jacksonville again, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was set back behind other establishments on a service road that runs along a very busy thoroughfare. We had trouble finding it the first night. It was also disconcerting to have a $50 incidentals fee charged for each of the 3 nights we were there because of a couple of snafus with the booking arrangements. The staff explained these fees would drop off after 5-7 business days but there should be a way to make sure this fee is only charged once per stay. It would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended a bit for those who've been traveling and want to sleep a little later.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Ms. Pearl- the lady who was at the breakfast place during the weekend during our stay was very kind and welcoming. We liked the hot tub near the pool. The only complaint we had about the place is that they close the hot tub facility by 8 pm in the night. We wanted to soak in the tub after our long hikes during the day and afternoon. By the time we got back to the hotel, it was past 8 pm and found it closed. Interestingly, the fitness center remains open till midnight as per the timings on the door of the facility whereas the hot tub closes at 8pm which we found odd.

I arrived late at night and there was no problem. I called the hotel, as I was instructed to do, and they immediately sent the shuttle to pick me up. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and just plain nice. My favorite part of my stay here was the kind and helpful staff - especially the overnight staff. Also, though it wasn't the fanciest hotel, everything was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for an overnight stay after a long day of airline travel. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast - eggs of some sort, sausages of some sort, waffles you can make, cereal, muffins, fruit, toast, yogurt, etc - and it was well stocked.

There were some details that made it seem like the building/rooms needed some maintenance. For example, the frame arround the mirror in the bathroom was broken and half of it hung empty on the wall, while the mirror itself sat on the counter. That detail, however, didn't ruin my stay at all. The things that really matter to me, cleanliness and service/friendliness, were great!

The location was easy to find and close to restaurants and stores. I was able to stay close to family. The front desk staff was nice. The night time attendee was wonderful and very helpful. The wifi worked well. The bed was super comfortable.

We got back in late and the lighting on the side of the build was a little too dark. But those were the only parks left. I would have like the parking lot to be a little lit. The breakfast options.

The staff was wonderful. They were nice and professional. They made us feel welcomed. The hotel overall was very clean. There was always someone cleaning even at night. The pool area was cleaned and the hot tub was to die for. Breakfast was good and they kept coffee out throughout the day. Comfy beds were a plus.

The Internet had a weak signal, sometimes no signal and our TV kept freezing up.

We stayed here the night before leaving for our cruise. We went to the steakhouse literally in the parking lot. Clean and comfortable rooms. I used the gym facility as well and it was fine - typical for a hotel

The curtain was very sheer and there were many lights outside in the parking lot and surrounding buildings. There were larger curtains but you couldn't move them to close the curtains. I used some towel clips I happened to have for the cruise to clip them together so we could sleep. Picture included on my review

The friendliness of the staff members. The room was clean, liked the wheeled ottomans and lounge chair in the room. Swivel tv was nice.

There was a leak under the bathroom sink that had been there for quite some time. The water had ruined the lower open shelf of the vanity which didn't just happen, I' m surprised the cleaning staff had not noticed this issue. Water was also leaking onto the floor. I did notify the front office about the issue found.

Breakfast was always on point. Room was huge. Shower was amazing.

Only 2 towels of each type (women always need more towels). You had to hunt down housekeeping to get more towels, tissues, etc. Layout of room was odd. King bed, table, and loveseat were on one side of room, leaving an enormous (~15'x15') empty space. A little bit of effort would make it more useful, since you couldn't watch TV from either the bed or the loveseat due to how the room was laid out.

The rooms are adequate and clean. Nothing fancy. Their breakfast is pretty good for hotels that offer free breakfasts and their coffee was quite good. It’s literally down the street from the airport.

Most hotels now offer liquid body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion but this hotel offers those small bars of soap and a bottle of shampoo. The TV (LG) did not work. Other than that, the room was fine.

I was there for 3 nights and I had to call to request for fresh washcloth, towel and for them to come clean the room. I did get the fresh wash clothes. I did not get the room clean any of the days there.
