The women who worked the front desk were very personable. The young lady that cleaned our room was friendly and polite. The room was neat and clean. The bartender, Linda, was very entertaining. The pool patio was nice. The location is excellent. The hotel is surrounded by several good restaurants, some within walking distance. A shopping center is also nearby.

Being that hotels aren't putting microwave ovens in the rooms anymore, the least they can do is keep the ones in the common area clean. This Aloft had two microwave ovens that were very cute. They were aqua in color and looked retro. They both were as nasty as they were cute. Dried food was splattered everywhere on the inside. One was a tad less dirty than the other but both needed a very deep cleaning. When I mentioned to the man on duty (white, chubby, short) that both microwaves were in need of cleaning he at first just looked at me. When I kept looking at him, expecting some type of reply, he finally uttered "I will tell the manager."

The room was not set up how it was showed, they had me in a handicap accessible room, when I told them that's not the room I picked the lady stated that's all they have but ppl was still checking in all that day

The property was unique had a lot of options if you wanted to leave the hotel to do something whether it’s activities or grabbing something to eat. They have a pool and a game table, but with everything combined, you shouldn’t be bored at this location.

although this location is unique, the property did have some things broken before arrival as I entered the toilet paper hanger was broken along with the door to the bathroom. The handle was broken. I called Front desk and they said they were getting somebody from maintenance to fix it.

The location of the hotel vis a vie the airport in JAX could almost be perfect, especially with the cool shuttle, so much better for the organized traveler to check in before the next day's bop over to JAX, relaxed and ready to fly. Well, that's to me, of course. There ARE (unfortunately) plenty of whiners and moaners who could ruin a birthday party with little effort. THIS traveler really appreciates the Staff of the Hotel and Shuttle, so much so that I HAD to join Marriott Bonvoy! So I pretty much liked everything. Like the Spunkmieyer muffins in the lobby breakfast nook! Oh, yeahhh...

It would be SO much fun to stay there again, with more time to enjoy everything the property has to offer. I just didn't like the idea of having to only stay for a few hours, when I could fall in for a few days! Thanks, again, for everything!

This place exceeded my expectations by far!! Let’s start with the girl at the front desk. Super nice, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and with a big smile on her face. The room: big, clean, a huge tv on the wall, very comfortable bed, clean and soft sheets. The view from the room was great, towards the Main Street, big window. Free parking space. I did not had to pay for the pet. Everywhere else I’ve been at the hotel with the dog, there was a fee for bringing her; not here. They give the dog a treat and pet her, made me feel welcome and made my dog feel comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you travel with a pet.

I liked everything, there’s not one thing I did not like

They allow dogs, lots of hot water, and the water pressure was strong enough for a thorough hair wash. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, which I prefer to a bathtub. Pillows and bed were super fluffy and comfortable. staff was friendly and pleasant.

Traffic in the area was insane. I could hear people blaring music and fighting in the adjacent parking lot outside at all hours of the night. Had a minor issue with the AC, but it was able to get fixed very easily.

The hotel in itself was so cute and fun. I loved the decor and modern atmosphere.

The front desk guy Nick, gave off a very annoyed and sarcastic aura when I asked if I could pay with cash. I had brought cash because my card had just been hacked two weeks ago so ive withdrew all my money. Yes I booked through booking.com and did not know i could not use cash. My fiance even noticed what was a annoyed look. I dont like to be uncomfortable so I tried to make small talk to not feel so judged and that didnt help. Its was rude of him.

Quick and easy check-in, the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed that everything we needed was in close range. We didn't have to travel far to get food. The only con that we had was the breakfast selection for the price. A lil pricey for the few selections. More like a Continental breakfast. But overall our Anniversary stay was wonderful.

We’ve stayed at MANY different kinds of hotels but this one takes the crown! 100% my favorite part is the comfort of the beds! You don’t find any hotels with comfortable beds but the Aloft hotels have all the comfort. We also loved the location, it’s near all the restaurants and shops. The style of the commons area/bar is very comfortable and relaxing. The staff is incredible! We actually had a booking on the river but canceled it to stay here because of the comfortable sleep. I will always and forever stay at Aloft hotels now. It was our 2nd time and no other hotels can compare.

Loved the environmental consciousness and sleek design of the hotel. The location was convenient to I-95 and in walking-distance to many restaurants. The room was well-designed with comfortable beds/pillows, a large shower stall and a large well-placed TV. The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional. We appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby for our early morning departure. Really happy with our first stay at an Aloft Hotel. Will definitely stay again.
