The hotel hospitality was amazing. The room and facility was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was complementary and very good.

The pool area was nice. However, the patio seemed a little unsafe. However, I do understand that’s a large and time-consuming expense. With that said, the pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. I guess I would say the only part we were not fully comfortable with was the driver from the airport. The Hotel shuttle driver was not kind patient or friendly. That would be my only complaint for sure.

Loved the breakfast and the space of the rooms. The staff was very nice. Asked for more towels and had no issues getting fast. The bathroom was a good size. The location was perfect. It might have been near the airport but with the shopping and food less then 2miles down the road was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub area was good.

Checked in Friday after 8pm, they didn’t come in to clean or get trash, which we did mention and they did explain why. But bigger trash cans in the rooms would be better.

Having just left another hotel minutes earlier due to being dissatisfied with many things, we were very relieved when we arrived at this property. There was ample parking for my truck and trailer and it was well lit. The appearance of the hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and professional and room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Excellent value for the price.

I wish we could have arrived earlier and stayed longer!

We were passing through this city. One of us had just come from the hospital and we needed a walk in shower with handles, We were looking for a room for people with disabilities. This room met all our expectations: plenty of room, right shower, bed and pillows are so comfortable. great breakfast. Clean hotel with beautiful holiday decorations.

Hard to operate with automatic curtains

Location,staff, the bed was the softest. I woke up without back pain for the first time in awhile.

I went down for breakfast both days. Breakfast could have been better. I went down around 8am and most of the hot breakfast was nearly gone. I can only blame the other greedy people for that lol. I went and ate breakfast outside.

The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby which was much needed after being stuck in traffic for hours. The young lady at the front desk was kind and informative over the phone and when I arrived even though it was late which I appreciate.

Nothing the room was great, clean and it had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was wonderful.

Location was a little confusing at first but not difficult to get to. Breakfast was hot and had an array of choices. Room was clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

i had a stained sheet. the tub faucet was loose and the tub was showing its age - Bfast was just OK. - the eggs looked precooked and just heated up - i would prefer fresh cooked scrambled eggs

George was very nice we had left something in our room and did not realize it till we had gotten home I called let them know and he secured it for me until Monday when I could drive back down.

No bacon for breakfast not everyone likes sausage

Very comfortable room. Short drive to our cruise port. Close to lots of last minute shopping areas and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Confusing to get to but that's just florida roads I think.
