The beds were comfortable, they did offer complimentary breakfast except for one day of my stay. Quiet area. Overall good hotel

The pool was closed. We came during Spring Break and did expect pools to be open. I also had to complain all day about toilet not flushing properly until it completely stopped working. The black lady manager always working front desk during the day kept saying she was contacting maintenance but they never came. Thanks to the new worker lady at night who immediately changed my room upon my complaint. Also this was a multiple night stay so having to constantly ask for towels and they say they have none was a big inconvenience as well.

Very nicely designed and very clean room. Lots of shelves to put things on. Table with chair. to eat your own breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Love Dove soap and Shampoo/Conditioner. Excellent shower pressure of hot water. Nice towels. No carpet so no smell. Reasonable price. Parking near the door. Room looks brand new/recently renovated. Very fresh look. Internet working very well. AC/Heating working well too.

Comforter could have better protection on the top. It was pure white and protected by sheet only from the bottom. The best option would be place it in envelope style zippered duvet cover. Also I could hear my neighbour and his loud voice woke me up in the morning. What could be improved would be replacing door with new one that would fit better. There was quite big gap between door and frame so the light and noise was coming through. Or just add some insulation to fill the gap.

only reason i didn't give the highest score was due to the looked a little suspicion at night. looked better in the day light the next day i was there. i loved how the tv was big and mounted on the wall. the bed was big and clean feeling. the walls seem nice and clean. the guy at the check out for me was very friendly with a smile. i liked that. felt welcomed. the front office/lobby was nice. the placed seemed like it was a very well remodeled hotel place. you can tell in the rooms every thing looks new and thought of. the price for the rooms was good too. that's a very well room for that price. i like that alarm clock next to the bed. im trying to find something like that to buy now.

didn't like how there was a big very visible opening in the edges of the exterior door. surprised i didn't see an roaches or bugs crawling around. course i was there for one night. a few hours really. might have needed to give it some time. the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Honestly the best part of our stay here! Andre was exceptionally nice and had amazing customer service! The manager that was also up front was super awesome as well, but I didn't catch her name! All around, the best option for a super strict budget and great location for where we needed to go. The facilities are actually going through a remodel, but the room was super nice and mostly clean! If I'm ever back in Jacksonville, I'm going to 100% book here again!

I stayed there on my way to my desination and it was a great experience room was clean and the staff was great of cozrse the breakfast was fullfilling very tasty, on our return trip we had a problem with a foul odor in the room the ni e gentleman gav us some lysol spray which we stayed up half the night spraying, I reported it to the cleaning staff and hope the next person Irs not have to spray half the night but I will return again

The. Lost of that bad odor perhaps he could have given us another room but he didn’t and we were to tired to continue to complain

I was very surprised when I entered into the lobby, it was very clean and Reddick was so nice and very detailed. I like the clean smell, the friendly staff, the very clean room, the comfortable bed and the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn't like the fact that, that they charged my card, for a portion of the room fee, on top of being charged the full room amount and a incident fee of $100 . The return was a 4day turn around, your money being held like that for no cause was a issue for me, and I still haven't received my incident fee, this issue will keep me away from hotel like this. I can check out of a resort and my fee is return the following day.

I thought the rooms were beautifully done. Except there was no place to store clothes because they didn't have any drawers in the closet or in the room. The water pressure in the bathroom was adequate. Although not very strong but the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and courteous. And when the dilemma came that when I moved into that room. They were able to accommodate me because the rooms that I had ordered were not available so overall.I thought it was an excellent place and I will be back.

It stated that there would be a pool that was accessible, but there was no accessibility.I guess because of permits so that was unfortunate.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by the variety. There are 4 or 5 star hotels that don't even offer the variety that Developer Inn has. I really wasn't expecting much for breakfast but it was a smorgasbord: scrambled eggs, lots of bacon, breads, belgian waffles, endless coffees, teas, cereals, croissants, oatmeal, and so on... Our room was small but very clean. There was a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and teas. The room also had a blow dryer, an ironing board, a safe, a mini fridge, lots of clean fresh towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face makeup remover. The staff were professional yet friendly and very accommodating. Strong air conditioning.

The outside walkways and stairwells could use a deep power washing. If they modernized the outside of the hotel, it would be the envy of the town because they've already got the internal rooms and spaces modernized. The service is already above average. Just spruce up the look of the hotel from the outside and you've got a place where everyone will be talking about.

Clean, close to stadium, nice staff. Excellent tea options in the room!! Loved it! so nice to have camomile tea before bed! Such an unexpected wonderful thing. My husband was also thrilled there were dove products in the bathroom. He has sensitive skin, so it was nice to have good products. Wonderful stay!

It was very nice to have a hot breakfast, but the options weren't the best. Turkey sausage was bad. Coffee wasn't great either, but they did have French vanilla creamer, so that was nice.

I had a new employee that checked us in and he was so very nice and attentive! He made check in a breeze and it was late when we go there so I was very appreciative. You don't encounter people as nice as he was very often. I was very impressed. The property was very clean and the beds were so very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again I would definitely book this hotel!
