The staff is extremely nice and if you have any issues they are on top of it. If you need anything such as toilet paper or towels they get it for you right away. I stay here often just because of the customer service they give you. It's close to Restaurants and Stores like Walmart's if you need anything Thank you Mrs.Emmett 😊

Had to go home

I stay here often. Great staff. They always get whatever I need fast. They are very pleasant and courteous. It's very quiet and plenty of restaurants and shopping center close by. All within walking distance .

Had to leave

Everything was in order clean and very satisfied for the the price of the two days I was in my room. Most of the ratings I viewed were the reason for my decision to book. I encountered none of the negative comments made in the reviews I read before booking.

We love it here. Best front desk staff. I'm handicap so I need down stairs. They made sure that I got down stairs and also bathroom with safety bars which I also need. Rooms are easily too get around in so I don't run into anything.

I seen 6-7 roaches. I killed 3 ,rest got a way. Seen them in bedroom on table beside TV and bathroom. Other than that. I really liked the room.

The roaches. The room just needs sprayed. Other than that. I liked my room. I did call front desk for an iron / hair drier, she said she couldn't leave office to bring it, that I could come and get it ( I was in a towel just got out of shower) tli ask the office girl if housekeeper could bring it to me , she told me the housekeeper was in a hurry to finish her job due to having to go get someone and couldn't bring it. I thought that was unprofessional. I usually have what I need. I was exhausted from work and drove there to sleep instead of going home. I didn't have everything I needed and I was going back to the hospital to work my 12 hour shift. My scrubs were wrinkled.

The location and cleanliness of the room

The wifi was slow and the room had and irregular oder as is the room was mopped with a sour mop...

I like that it was around good restaurants

The lady working the front desk was very nice explained why their was a delay with us checking in. She was very apologetic.

Wish the bathrooms were a Lil bigger

Front and office gave a poor impression but the room was excellent.It was clean and very comfy.

The outside but with the road construction we could understand.

Very nice, comfortable room with beautiful aesthetic touches, pet friendly and great service. Ask for Ms. Conni! She's AWESOME!!
