Convenient and efficient

Little maintenance issues, there was splatter from a drink all over one of the lamps, the toilet paper dispenser needed to be glued to screwed back into the wall. Just little esthetics.

Our room & hospitality was a 10 very friendly staff & they make you feel like you're home. I was greeted everyday by one of these amazing women Ms. Joyce the mother of the crew always cleaning & giving a helping hand. Also Carliissa, Brandy & Vonda were every helpful to me & my family. Great hotel

I didn't care for the breakfast too much not a big variety! And the hours of the pool they close it up when maintenance leaves for the night.

I like that it was around thing that we didn't have to go far for food,gas, activities that we wanted to do and we could have walk to get food and the staff was friendly and helpful . Mrs V thank you for helping with different activities and a nother young help us but can't remember her name but she know who is THANK YOU ALL

Nothing I didn't like it was all good ever the guest

I was shocked by how nice this hotel was! We had a not so great experience the previous week in the same general area and this hotel was actually less expensive than the one we were not impressed with.

It was kinda hard to find, no one’s fault, just a bit difficult to navigate if you’re not familiar with the area.

For most part everything was good, we stayed here 4 adults and 1 baby and reasonable priced. We got a room with 2 queens and queen couch and it was perfect!

but if I pay attention to ingredients on some of the items like syrup or ketchup, both have high fructose corn syrup in them so there wasn't much i could use on waffles when avoiding crap ingredients.

Good room with private area by the door so I could stay up later than others I was traveling with.

The facilities were a bit outdated, i.e. the shower and refrigerator, but nothing major. It was perfect for what we needed which was a one-night stay before traveling to a wedding the following day.

The hotel it self was great no complaints there

I booked online but I did the dates 11/8 11/9 instead of 11/9 11/10 so when I got there they told me I had a cancellation then I realized I put the wrong dates. I figured they would have just change but no I was charged again so I spent almost 300 dollars on one night stay.

The Family rooms have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed with a separate pull out bed below, so it's like 2 single beds, which was great for my youngest son and daughter. Room was spacious and clean as well as bathroom/basin area. Nice having a little kitchenette and lounge area too.

Was great for us needing a quick night's stay. They are in middle of renovation which is needed. New stuff looks great. Bathrooms need an update still in the rooms we stayed only outdated but still clean and functional.

My boyfriend said he didn't like his pillows so soft. I had no complaints.

The staff was exceptional they made us feel very welcomed. Taylor checked us in and she was wonderful. I can't thank her enough for all she did for my family and I. The facilities were great our room was amazing as well and overall it was an amazing experience here.
