The property is very clean, close to restaurants and shopping, not far from downtown and local events and very convenient to all local areas. The rooms are very clean and the layout of the hotel is very comfortable. The floorplan was very important to me and my service dog as I am 100% disabled. Also, the swimming pool is very accessible. The establishment did not have the fountain running outside at this time, but I have stayed here several times and it is beautiful when they are running the fountain with the lights. I have never taken this much time for a review and recommend this establishment to family and friends.

This is the first time in my life of traveling, which I have done a lot prior to retiring, I have no complaints about this establishment. I would have taken photos, but my stuff is all over the place in the room. So very sorry. The room is very nice and extremely clean.

I enjoyed everything about our stay besides the check in..

The desk clerk was clearly on the phone playing a game when we arrived. We stood there for a good 3 or 4 minutes before he acknowledged us. Had he just said I'll be right with you I still would not like watching him play a game but at least we would have known that he saw the two of us standing there.

Was clean staff was great and had a good breakfast room was very nice also

I have a handicap license plate and they left note on my window that they tow my car for parking in handicap spot never look at plate just look for placer other then that no issues great stay

The options for breakfast are not good. You guys can do a whole lot better. Also, the juice machine had about 5 choices, but only the cranberry juice worked. If you can step up the breakfast options, I would probably stay again.

One of the staff front desk Clarks could become unprofessional communication wise. Also had to keep calling to receive my deposit after during a dispute. Honestly I believe it came from lack of communication & errors maybe. Unfortunately this caused me to become uncomfortable with choosing to book with this location again.

It was what I expected for the price. I was not disappointed .The girls at front desk were fabulous.

The rooms near the elevators are very noisy. I was only there for one night. Overall a good stay.

Breakfast was empty at 7:45 and I waited around until 8:00 for them to put more stuff out and they took too long. I had to leave.
