No breakfast was offered. This is a motel that is steps away from a boat dock. No parking for any type of trailers is available. It's quiet. There are very few people, if any. No KIDS!!! No loud music. No excitement, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It's easy to find if you're driving or are using a rental car. Parking was adequate and wasn't an issue for me. This place was clean. VERY clean! The pool was very clean, but very small and only 5 feet deep. The pool and the pool/party deck are located right on the marina dock. You can rent motorboats, and they will deliver the boat to the dock for your convenience. Jet skis can also be rented from the boat place at the marina. There is a golf course just south of Naples that has $65 green fee... That's very reasonable and it's very close by. There is a gun club also very close by that offers shotgun trap and skeet shooting, 10/50/100 yard pistol and rifle ranges at a very affordable membership fee. There is also a golf club driving range not far and a Top Golf near Fort Meyers. This motel is also very close to some incredible restaurants, within walking distance, in case you don't want to drive anywhere. There's a great little breakfast place, several pubs, and tons of places to dine. The motel room was very clean and well-kept. The bed was nice and soft, and the pillows were very soft and nice. The staff was excellent!

From the moment we checked in to the day we left the entire staff was great. When I first booked, I thought we had “ground level” which I was happy about…my husband had bad knees, back etc. but we were upstairs. We went to the front desk and before we could finish asking for a lower level she gave us the ground floor. VERY ACCOMMODATING! Housekeeping was FANTASTIC!!!! The place was great, perfect location, definitely will be back!!

That we didn’t stay LONGER

We chose this motel for affordability and location, allowing us to do a whistlestop visit to the heart of the Everglades within very limited time. Traveling from the Florida Keys, we were able to do an excursion in the afternoon of our arrival and we had booked another excursion the next morning (we also managed to fit in an airboat trip in the afternoon, on our way to Miami airport to fly to Nashville!). We arrived (inevitably) after the scheduled closing time of the office, but the Receptionist (so sorry, I can't remember your name, if you told me) was working late and was extremely helpful with local information, including good advice about a local fish restaurant. My wife does not like motels but this one was an exception! The room was extremely comfortable and included a small kitchenette with just about every facility you could want (and, sadly we could not use). For fishermen the facilities go beyond what we were able to make use of but we did enjoy the small but adequate outdoor pool!

Not being able to stay longer!

Liked everything about the Boat House, it was very clean, lovely big comfortable bed, loads of towels, coffee maker, wonderful deck that you could fish from, a small but perfect pool and a totally relaxed atmosphere… we will be back, we will recommend !!!!

Location was wonderful in great area and close enough to walk to bars and a few little shops. Small dip pool on waterfront. Car parking right outside motel room . Very clean in room . The Reception lady was fabulous and really helpful and enthusiastic.

the staff at the hotel are very accoodating we had a sudden change of plans and they re-boooked us no problem at all. They also recommended two great restaurants that are about a block away that had probably the best fish dinner we had in Florida during our 2 week trip. the beds are super comfortable, and the rooms had a small kitchenette. great views and location on Marco Island. exceptional value for money

Lovely spot! Bed was super comfortable and shower was excellent (water pressure)! :)

Our ceiling fan was not working great and that made it a bit challenging to really cool the room where we wanted it. We only stayed one night or we would have asked them to fix it.

This property was absolutely beautiful and charming. Weekend getaway and it was perfect. The room was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the dock was beautiful to sit on after an eventful day. Definitely will be back soon! The room was big and so full of things like silverware, plates, location guides, toiletries.

Palmetto bugs in the room & those little worms that curl up. 7:30am awakened by a work truck backing up with that loud beeping noise, and unloading supplies right outside of our window. Pillows were very thick & hard but bed was comfy

We really liked the location in Old Marco Island. Very nice to nice to walk to breakfast and any other meal as well. The restaurants around there a very good. The king size bed was more comfortable than ours! Very comfortable! The staff were very kind and helpful. I like staying at a small place and this was perfect.
