Crescent Beach was excellent the service was very good. I checked in at 1130 AM and JW had a room ready for me an upgraded one at that! This is what I expect from an elite level hotel like the JW. The resturants were amazing! The room was clean and comfortable!

The other main pool that is not the waterfall one should be adults only! For the money Adults should have their own large pool. The fridge in the room was not stocked with the usual beverages and snacks. My main gripe is that when you pick up the room phone you dont get a quick answer from the front desk instead it looks like JW outsourced to some company that could care less what your luxury needs are. I had to go down to ARIA at 6 to make a reservation when I could have done so from my room. The Beach service was outsourced and they also could care less about your needs. No padding on the beach lounge chairs was disapointing.

Cleanliness, staff prompt response and food was really good

Visitors bathroom sink in the main lobby needed repair . Everything was so nice it stood out like a sore thumb. The cost of my meals alone is enough money to replace the sink. So just do it -

Unfortunately, not that pleasant. I asked for umbrellas just to get to the restaurant , it was pouring out, and I was going to return them once back from dinner, the staff was reluctant to provide them to me telling me there were other guest to consider. They made me feel like I was less deserving than any other guest in there, considering that I was paying almost $800 the night.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. It sounds like a small thing, but when a staff member smiles and says “hello” it can make someone’s day. Sharon at the front desk went over and above to make our stay extra special.

Price. It was expensive for us, but worth it. We’d definitely return, especially if we found a discounted rate deal.

Beach front is amazing. Considering it was a busy weekend with many guests, it was easy to find a chair and umbrella any time. Lots of restaurant choices with good quality food. Kane bar was where we frequented most, good selection of cigars and rum.

You can hear the neighbors come in and out of their room at night. The door had a large crevice beneath it that shined light into the room at night.

Only rooms facing West, or northwest have sunset views, none facing SW do. We had direct ocean view so it was perfect. Food was awesome. Atmosphere awesome. So beautiful and serene. Wish we had more time there.

I thought what I paid for the room, I'd be wiping my butt with clouds, nope sandpaper. Lol. The bed was awesome, but pillows weren't Firm at all, by the end of the night my head had sunk through the pillows to the mattress, causing a stiff neck, nothing a handful of motrin couldn't solve. Valet leaving on Sunday sucked, took forever to get our car, next time we'll hang out at the resort and not try to leave during the 11-12 rush. Minor stuff. Other than that, it was perfect

The room was excellent. I have to say the shower was so awesome. Usually the shower heads in rooms are busted. But the shower heads were the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for paying attention to the little things.

That we couldn’t stay longer

It was beautiful.

I booked online for 450 originally and the app said the resort has all these fees. That brought my total to 589. Ridiculous. Then when I checked out they charged me even more fees. 650 in total which is quite ridiculous for a single night in a hotel.

Everything was extraordinary... the service at the pool and beach were beyond words.

The breaksfast at Maia didnot meet expectations.. the a la carte eggs Benedict I ordered were excellent bu t the prices of the buffet did not meet the quality of the food.

Speedy check in, staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, all of the staff in the hotel were friendly. Room was spacious,plenty of towels, water and toiletries. Location on the beach is excellent, lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Walking distance to a handful of good restaurants. Staff working hard to get the hotel back to pre-hurricane standard.

Adults drinking alcohol in the pool. During our stay only one pool was open and this was very crowded by lunchtime with adults drinking from cans and plastic cups in the pool whilst children played in pool also. Empty cups and food containers around the poolside, encouraged lots of birds trying to steal food.Too much plastic used by the hotel.Also lots of reserved seating that was never used. Prices had definitely increased since our last visit and everything was noticeably more expensive.
