Restaurant is a bit loud especially when doors are closed. Staff was a bit too preoccupied with people taking too much from the buffet. I ate a bit of the a la carte egg from my sister and they were rude to me
The server who took care of us during the dinner was excellent. Again, the restaurant was a bit loud- especially with the live music - which was nice for kids, but not for older people.

The staff was helpful and well trained. Location was beautiful and the food was pretty good. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. And the hallways themselves were quiet and peaceful. Also - having the food and beverage cart drive up and down the line of beach-goers is genius! Driver from Detroit - you were a hoot and best part of the day.
The outdoor pool was very disappointing. The food/bev service is understaffed and the beach chair towels are so thin they must be 20 years old and are tattered. There was 1 wait person to service a completely packed pool area. Also the beach chairs at the beach are in terrible shape. They are sandy, uncomfortable and there is no signage that you must pick up towels before you walk to the beach - so you have to walk back to the hotel if you want towels on the beach. Never had a hotel set up like that.

The rooms were updated and spacious. The staff was wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the room service. Every time I called for room service I had trouble getting through. Once I was able to get through with the front desk was able to get me through, they were lovely and quick. My other major concern regarding this resort was the long line for bar food and bar drinks during the day. The weight was long in order to receive your food. Line was long in order to order drinks. There was no service at the pool, other than waiting in line.

The location was perfect - close to good restaurants and shopping, and right on the beach! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and dinner at the Deck at 560 never disappointed.
The only quibble is one that I experience everywhere these days: the down comforter seems to have replaced the comfortable spreads of yore, turning the bed into a sweat lodge. Not sure why this trend has gained the ascendancy, but it seems to be universal and everyone feels the need to copy it.

Delicious food and drinks.at the hotel. Ocean view and view of the pool from our room, loved our little balcony. Very friendly staff, very relaxing vacation. We would definitely go back!
High prices in gift shop of the hotel, and high prices for breakfast at the hotel. We would have bought some things in the gift shop except we could find similar things in cheaper venues. Breakfast was expensive all over the island, but food was great at the hotel and another off site restaurant, so we enjoyed it regardless of the price.

The system for Room keys are amazing and really comfortable to use that you don't need to worry about because it's in your wrist band all the time. That was a great idea. Water pressure in bathroom was also very good. A/C in our room was perfect. Breakfast buffet was great. Lobby smells really nice and clean.
Only one pool at the resort. Parking spaces are a little tight.

Love the location and staffs were polite.
Dirty sheets. There were blood stains on the sheets that were on the pullout mattress.

Clean facility for breakfast. Also there is a cafeteria next to the restaurant where you can have coffee, fruit, sandwiches etc for breakfast. Breakfast at the restaurant is a buffet for $20 dollars per person until 11am.
It will be good if the hotel could have a place where guests can buy coffee or anything thing light to eat or drink after 10pm. Almost everything in the island close early. Also our room had a musty smell, which upsets our allergies.

Location was great! Direct beach access was awesome! Having chairs and umbrellas set up at the beach was perfect! Food and drinks were very good. Across from “Oyster Society” excellent restaurant!
Bed was extremely firm. Very uncomfortable for us. Paying $9.00 per bagel is outrageous! Complementary coffee is available until 9am. However, coffee ran out before 9am and when staff member was asked for a refill at 8:30am her response was: (we pick up at 9am you should get here earlier. No refills.)

Love the location, the cleanliness of the resort and the really nice beach. There are good restaurants within walking distance too.
I didn’t like paying extra to park on site or having to pay a resort fee everyday for beach chairs/umbrella especially if we didn’t use them everyday. The first day the maid service knocked at 8:30am and we were still asleep. After that we didn’t have service until late afternoon even if we were out of the room by 9am everyday.
