We like everything about the Holiday Inn Express in Naples. It surpassed my expectations on everything. It has a nice and modern decoration. Since you enter, it gives you a pleasant feeling and ambience. It’s clean and well maintained. It has coin laundry available. This was fantastic since we were traveling light and gave us the opportunity to wash and re-use much needed clothes. With the hot and the humid weather, you really want to use fresh clothes. Plus the beach clothes seem to never dry, so the laundry was a great help to pack back dry clothes. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your needs, and with a smile in their face. One night I wanted a red tea that they had the night before, and even though was very late, they went to get that particular flavor and made sure I had the hot water. The cleaning staff was very attentive to replace my towels for fresh ones when I requested it. They even offered umbrellas and beach chairs for the beach! I’d definitely came back and recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express in Naples.

Really nice breakfast, something for everyone. Was able to sit outside to eat, which was lovely. Bed and pillows really comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool area was a great place to relax, with bar and nice music. The pool itself was heated and lovely.

Nothing! My first impression was the decor was a little tired, but that didn’t deter from the good experience we had

Breakfast is amazing. Scramble eggs, omelets, sausage, patties and bacon. Also, variety of fruits, bananas, red apples, green apples and oranges. Breads, bagels, fresh pancakes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc. Yogurt, cereal, milk and juice. Coffee, tea and water available 24/7 at the lobby. Hot tub and the pool are very clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom are very clean. Free parking with a lot of spaces to parking in.

The breakfast was excellent. We weren’t expecting the omelets or cinnamon rolls to be so good. We also appreciated that tables were immediately cleared after people left.

We would have liked skim milk. The small yogurt containers ran out one day and there was no plain water available. I don’t like sweet juices and would have liked an ice tea option available.

Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice pool view facility was in excellent condition. Breakfast area clean with a full stock of all complimentary items. Very happy with the restaurants and closeness of 5th avenue downtown. Easy drive to beach area,

As far as the hotels staff, facilities and cleanliness they did an excellent job, no complaints.

The common areas of the hotel are a little outdated but it smells fresh and clean -no musty odor which was very refreshing The room was immaculate with lots of towels, pillows, and comfortable beds The decor of the rooms themselves is more modern and very nice, with a little fridge and even a microwave in the room Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast with lots of hot and cold options Location is just a 15 min walk from the Naples hot spot and also a quick ride to beaches

The hallways etc could be redecorated but honestly that’s it the hotel is very nice and welcoming; the energy is good there

Ample room and bathroom. Very comfy mattress and pillows. Very clean

Price difference between having a "view" with "balcony" and not, was big. In the pictures it looks like the room has a balcony. And at the end there was no balcony, and the window was sealed, so the whole idea of having a view was defeated. Still a very good place, amenities and attention.

The pool was great. Although, it felt cramped being lodged with so many people in it. The room was comfortable, the beds were good. My family and I slept well. The staff was nice and the people were friendly. The breakfast tasted nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Our bathroom wasn't in good condition. Specifically, the toilet. I had to go downstairs twice and ask for a plumber to help unclog the toilet. On our last day the Breakfast vicinity was too crowded that we had to go and have eat at a local restaurant.

Everything was very close in proximity to all the attractions. They had scooters to rent that were such a blast for me and my wife to go explore around naples without having to drive and spend a bunch of gas money. The hotel was very clean and the bartender was a great time!

Not really anything I didn't like. I genuinely enjoyed this hotel at every aspect. Even the price was great! Will totally book again in the future

I’ve traveled a lot over the last 4 months & stayed in 4-5* hotels. Comparing those to this stay in Naples, I vote this HIE as the winner! From the comfortable bed, Dove product toiletries, black out shades, and an outstanding free buffet breakfast, I was thrilled. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Naples!
