Great place to stay, well located close to the beach (with free beach chair access) and with decent food options. Friendly staff. Our bathroom door creaked and they came to fix it rather quickly.

Only rooms with balconies have windows that open, which I didn’t know. I personally found that a bit gross for a 4-person room for 5 nights. However, the front desk told me to set the air condition to “cool” and that made the air better/fine. Pool area is really nice but in the shade (at least in January).

Some things are controllable — please make sure housekeeping thoroughly checks the entire room and bathroom before assigning it to guests. I read in one of the reviews that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles were empty, and unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. My son was already in the shower when we realized there was no shampoo or soap at all. Also, I’d like to suggest something that most hotels offer: an ice machine. It’s a small but very helpful amenity that makes a big difference. While I understand not rooms has a microwave — and that’s okay — having access to ice should really be considered a basic necessity.

We were expecting a so-so experience, based on the reviews, but were positively surprised. The smell was not at all as bad in our room. We also opened the windows every day, which I think helped. We also came prepared with disinfectant wipes, ear plugs, indoor shoes.. our room was also made every day, which was a positive surprise. They also have a filtered water dispenser and a microwave in the common area. The beds were comfortable, too, and the location is just great, walking distance to the Beach and a trolley stop just opposite.

I did not like that I had to pay a deposit and a resort fee (26$ per night) on top of the price displayed by Booking. We had to economise and price of the hotel was a determining factor in choosing it. It is not nice to learn upon checking in that it is different from what you expected. The deposit was returned without any issues.. but still, it should have been made transparent, along with the resort fee, at the time of booking. I also did not like the tiny wash basin - Impossible to wash your face without making a royal mess. Also, unlike the pictures, there is no kettle, coffee or tea in the room - one has to go to the water dispenser in the cellar.. a kettle in the room would have been nice.

Staff were really nice and helpful. It feels like management really cares about the people because there were so many little details, like tea in the room was both with and without caffeine - I drink caffeine free tea at night, and I feel like they knew it somehow. Coffee machine with unlimited coffee and tea in the room free of charge was a nice touch. There were free unlimited towels by the pool which is also so nice - you don’t have to worry about the little things like that. Interior design was really beautiful. They also gave us free utensils when we needed them.

The mattress was uncomfortable and way too soft. There were minor flows and imperfections to some furniture and decor (some little things were a little broken or didn’t work properly) which was not that crucial for my stay. The water was very far from my room so I had to go a long way to get some. Pool water was too cold and I’d prefer for it to be much warmer. And I feel like the king size bed was a little too small for a king size. Pillows were too tall and my neck hurt after sleeping on one.

This is a little gem of a hotel. I had a studio and it more than met my needs. But the sink in bathroom was so small you make a mess using it. Otherwise room is great. I can hear birds right outside my room almost all day. Also ppl staying above me were making a huge party and jumping around at 3am! I heard everything but luckily I was tired and could sleep easily. Food at Bar Lucce was excellent. I at breakfast lunch and dinner there for 4 days rather than waste money on médiocre rest. in SoBe. The staff was great. Pool area looks ok but don't expect much. If you want a pool scene go to 1 Hotel.

The elevator looks old lime it was the only thing they did not remodel when the hotel was remodeled. Also the hallways can use a little refresh and touch up to modernize them a bit.

Nice pool, comfy beds, good wifi (did a bunch of video calls for work), and nice restaurant in the hotel too. The resort fee includes really comfy free chairs at the beach (no umbrella included though) and it's less than 5 min walk to the beach! The location overall is good: it's on the 150 bus route, about a 30 min walk to the more dense parts of south beach, and there are a few really good restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The sink in my bathroom was super small

It was really aesthetic. The bathroom looked really good. It is a really cute looking hotel. The people were nice and helpful when we had questions. It had a nice pool too but the beach was also just a 4 min walk away so it was perfect. There was a small supermarket behind it and also a few places to it. The wifi worked really well and we also had a big TV. I would truly recommend this place. I was afraid that the room will look different than on the pictures but it looked actually the exact same.

There were just a few minor things that we did not like. First of all, there were a lot of hair on the ground when we arrived and hair is one of my pet peeves but other than this the room was clean. One other thing is that it a really tiny closet and there was no way that we could hang both of our stuff there so ai could not take out anything from my luggage which is really inconvenient if you are staying longer. One last thing is that the sink in the shower was really small but this did not bother me that much.

Everything !!!! The little quotes that were laying around. The staff was amazing , very social , kind, and such great sense of humor. The chef in the kitchen was to die for !!! Staying at this property made my stay beyond worth it. It’s walking distance from all good stores, shopping centers, & restaurants. But I recommend the hotel food instead, I didn’t want to leave ! THIS IS NOW MY GO TO IN MIAMI ❤️

NOTHING AT ALL!

The hotel is situated near Miami beach and public transportation so the location is really good. Our room was comfy and we did´t hear some disturbing noices, only a few times when workers did some job outside. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Only one thing could be better - price of cleaning service. We were there for 7 nights and at least one cleaning per this period of time should be free. It wasn´t and we didn´t want to pay for this service. Air-conditioner was quite noisy.
