The breakfast online said it was included in price when we got to the property it was 15.99 per person

Not being informed ahead of time that's the breakfast was not included.

The staff was OK

When we got there they let me check in early but I didn’t like the smell of the room needed air freshener & the pillows on the bed they need to throw them away

Location, The hotel's location, the room was clean, spacious, and had good toiletries, comfortable beds and very kind staff

The breakfast was cold so they had to put it the microwave. Other than it was good and filling.

It was a good stay. I know once all the construction is over it is really going to be nice

Checking in went so fast. The room was ready before time. Clean, neat and great. Maggie at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. I believe the hotel should be 4 stars. We were very satisfied. Thank you.

It would have been perfect if there was parking at the hotel, but we parked at the neighbor hotel.

The front desk clerk was life!!!! He was very kind and fun to talk to. keep him always!!!!! whenever we are in Miami, we will be in this hotel. I hate I can’t remember his name 🥹

Welcoming staff were only so so, the room was clean and the shower was ok

Dining area was not that great and the staff seemed fine with people lying on the couches when waiting for their room, I was not!

Decor, the astethics, the staff and easiness of the check in process and how accommodating they were, excellent

I do not like staying in hotels that allow pets so I would have liked to have known the hotel only accommodates pets in certain rooms

I have stayed at this property before and I love the location. The beach is readily accessible and there are many stores and restaurants in this location.
