I was very surprised to get the upgrade of the room. The queen bed was very comfy, and the pillows were too, liked the shower toilet cosmetics and the rob. The bar set to make cocktails are super thoughtful. The reception people and bartenders, the happy hours 50% wine and some cocktails discounts are so appreciated when you have a budgeted, not very premeditated in advance, trip. The separate beach and free beds, free beach towels. The pool: is clean, with no heating though. o 11-16 December will be chilly to dive in - I did, anyway, after my runs. The plants next to the pool gave the jungle impression, so I was having breakfast there all the time until the weather was so windy and rainy that it was impossible to sit even under the umbrella. Also, the technician guy saved my Swarowsky bracelet from the sink (accidentally lost it when I was unlocking the magnet lock)

Can`t say didn`t like it, but I was billed for not understandable miscellaneous $10 after I checked out, on the next day. It was weird taking into account I wasn`t taking anything from the room (apart from beer that I have another withdrawal from the hotel). Also coffee supply, I guess the 'cleaning' ladies only leave 2 cups per day, for 2 people. Sometimes I needed to ask them to add, as they were not adding :) but it`s really nothing. ALL service people were soooooooo nice! Will come back some day, because its so cal and silent there and the pool is protected with palms and trees from the strong wind. A bit far from main restaurants and Versace mention, but close to the Art Gallery that is nothing much to see there for $15)

No microwave..No pool attendant. No towels at pool one occasion. Celebrating a birthday, was expecting acknowledgment.

We did not eat at the hotel. I loved the pool and the 2 blocks walk to the beach. Great location. The staff was very friendly. Onsite parking was convenient.

I used Booking.com and it stated complimentary bikes, but there were no free bikes. We purchased rentals from Citibike and used them for transportation. I reserved a room with 2 beds. It was not available the day we checked in. So, we had to get 2 rooms which was very inconvenient because we couldn't split up easily. It was not 2 couples. We had teenagers and they could not stay alone in a room together. Did not enjoy having to move stuff the next day. It messed up our plans because we had to wait for others to check out but had to pack our stuff so they could clean our room.

We loved the location of the hotel - we were 5 minutes from the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves pretty much. We also loved to get the free trolley to South Beach.

I felt for the resort fee we did not get much. The hotel is described as having an area on the beach with loungers and umbrellas. This was not the case, though they did let us take the ones that were in the hotel (which were a bit old and scratty).

Our room was beautiful. It was nicely appointed, comfortable, and reasonably priced given the location. The shower was excellent. There was a separate kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, and equipped with dishes and silverware. The hotel is a few blocks from the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and businesses. The staff was friendly.

The lighting was somewhat odd. The light over the bathroom sink was too weak to see well. A bedside lamp did not work. Some of the other lights could be controlled individually but most of them worked off a single master switch. If you wanted to turn off the overhead light you had to turn off the master switch, but then you could not turn on the light in the bathroom.

Loved the decor and originality of this hotel - felt cozy and fashionable all at once. The pool is beautiful and has lots of shady spots to escape the midday sun. Very close to the beach and has sun beds on the beach for guest use (umbrellas are extra $ though). Staff were really friendly and helped us to move to a different room when we had issues with some noisy neighbours - they went above and beyond to empathise and help us. Restaurant food is tasty and healthy options available. Bicycles to use which is a great plan for boardwalk exploring. Definitely recommend!!!

Only issue for us was the soundproofing as we spent a night listening to a very noisy couple next door. As mentioned the staff helped us with this the next day however the walls must be quite thin as it was possible to make out everything said. Bicycles are a bit past it and could be updated - however it's excellent they do have them.

Our room looked super nice and it was clean as well. The bed was comfy, though the mattress was quite used and therefore sagged a bit. The pool area looks pretty and has a lot of places to sit and put your stuff on. Really liked that the parking places were behind a gate which they gave a remote to open it for yourself. Parking wasn't cheap but still more cheaper than any other parking lot/garage on Miami Beach.

The is no wardrobe only a few hangers and 2 shelves where you can put your clothes on. The windows cannot be opened at all.

Mid-beach location far from vibrating south beach buzz. Easily accessible with Bus 150 (airport express). Free Beach trolley bus stop in front of the hotel. Inexpensive restaurants, grocery minimarkets, and Walgreens are just within walking distance. The best thing is that the beach is just 2 blocks from the hotel!!! Fancy room interior! Free bikes to ride!

It was not possible to open any window in the accommodation. AC is only for air exchange which is not too healthy. Please put lights on the bicycles!

The food and drinks here were absolutely amazing—some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Every meal and cocktail felt thoughtful and high quality, not your typical “hotel food.” On top of that, the pool area is gorgeous and really makes you feel like you’ve escaped to a tropical island far away. It’s the kind of place you can spend all day without ever wanting to leave. Combined with the overall vibe of the property, it felt more like a resort vacation than just a hotel stay.

Rooms, lobby and pool are beautiful, but the hallways feel a bit tired.
