I really liked the location since it was nearby the University of Miami. My work was in this institution and I could reach it just by walking. I really enjoyed the breakfast because it included several options and were all very good even snacks that could be saved for later. The room was very comfortable, clean and a great design for me to work in my computer and eat comfortably. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit Miami again.

For some reason there was an alarm going off at times. One time it was so loud I even evacuated the building. But it was not like this every day just for maybe 2 days. I believe they were technicians working on it.

The room was clean but they did not go but every other day, that was ok, but sometimes we felt it was everty other other other day. We insist and they were happy to do it more often. The breakfast was ok, it is value for money, but sometimes the scramble egss were a litle burned, I prefered the egss with pimiemto and potato. All other were Ok

The carpets at the ailes were with big spots , and were near the elevator. It looked bad.

Property is close to UM Hospital and other health facilities. The reason to stay here is to be close to these facilities, this is not a tourist destination.

The reception desk staff was efficient, they checked you in, they checked you out. They were not, however, friendly or welcoming. No smiles, no pleasant greeting. Given that many guests are staying there because they or a family member are or will be hospitalized, a friendly face would be nice.

The room was comfortable, cozy, and clean. Breakfast was offered daily. The restaurant was available for food service. The hotel was very close to the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute which was the main purpose for our trip.

As soon as you exited the property if you were walking to the main road there were some homeless people laying on the sidewalk. It was just alarming to see that near the hotel. I know that some folks go through hard times for one reason or another, but my heart felt for those homeless people. I was also a little concerned about our safety as my Mom and I walked by this particular area.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff service was very helpful and friendly also, the driver for the shuttle which takes you to and from the hospital was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Really there was nothing that we did not like. We enjoy what the hotel had to offered.

Very good breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. The employees were very helpful. Room was very clean and the air conditioner was working super.

The location is very good if you have a car. There’s nothing around. The nearest grocery store was 2 miles walking. I did need a pharmacy and I had to walk more than 2 miles.

At the risk of sounding like a curmudgeon at the tender young age of 56, I find it refreshing that every single member of your staff was an absolute pleasure. In an age where it seems to be the norm that people in the service industry give the unmistakable impression that THEY are doing YOU a favor, the employees at your hotel simply could not have been nicer. Given that most, if not all, of your guests are stressed because they are there for hospital procedures, the employees are a real blessing.

That some of your guest seem to think it's ok to repay the kindness and good service of the staff through the scumbaggery of stealing weights weights from the gym. AND (and I am NOT making this up) if you sleep on the left side of the bed in room 335, the hall light shines through the peephole like a laser through your corneas.

Breakfast was included, there was food available downstairs if you didn't want to leave for dinner and a variety of drinks available for purchase after your two free drinks. The staff were great and friendly. Room was large in size with a walkin closet. Would stay again.

The bartender didn't seem too happy with his job, but the front desk person came to help him and possibly speak to him about his attitude.

Helpful and kind staff

The accessible room should have a bed that is on legs not a platform for equipment to lift handicapped individuals can slide under bed as needed. Had to use pull out bed for accessibility. Doors should prop open for accessibility to get wheelchairs in and out without closing on person in chair.

AC was loud and light came in through the main door from the hallway breakfast is good but very limited no sugar options. Unsafe area around the hotel with a lot of homeless and police car, not safe/ comfortable for walking
