The water park and fireworks.

Just a suggestion. I would suggest to communicate better at the check-in. I would have liked to know about the fireworks on Saturday night, in advance. I was told by the waitress in one of the restaurants when it was starting. The signs around the hotel didn't specify if it was happening now; they say "summer" .... we assumed it was going to happen when the summer starts.... anyway, just details. Another detail is that I was wondering how so many people were going into the water park without being a hotel guest. Is that an option? Is there a fee just to go to the water park? We would love to know... Thanks so much for the service in general. Great staff!

The hotel's location is excellent. Close to the best places in Orlando and in a high-end area. The building is impressive and the hotel's facilities are complete.

I believe that the cleanliness of the rooms is not compatible with the standard of the hotel. This is a point that should be addressed by the hotel management.

It was a great place. The staff was amazing. I would stay here again.

I wish people were a bit more conscious about throwing the trash away in trash cans instead of leaving them around the lazy river. This place tries to keep up, but how do you keep up when people are not acting like people. The mentality someone would pick up after you has to change. We all have to play part in keeping things clean and neat to make our stay is more enjoyable.

very clean and accommodating

rude pool attendant who mans the gate. we had just checked in and had our bags dropped off in our room and headed to the pool. I asked the bellhop if I was allowed to bring my small soft cooler to the pool w a few snacks, waters and a couple alcoholic beverages we bought at the downstairs lobby store. he replied yes as long as it wasn’t a huge plastic cooler. the pool gate attendant berated us and made a big deal of what could have been a simple “sorry we do not allow coolers or any type”. instead we were tisk’d at, turned away with a smart comment about how he hates when other wait staff tell visitors coolers are allowed as though it was intentionally done by us to see what we could get away with. all and all it could have been handled more professionally.

Almost everything! From the lobby, to the restaurants/bars, to the pools and lazy river, to the rooms. All were very well kept and beautiful

The only disappointment I had was the fact that complimentary WiFi was not offered within the rooms. A hotel charging as much as they do for a stay should not also charge for someone to use the WiFi. Especially when cell service (for me anyways) is so spotty in the rooms.

We liked it all!! The restaurants were so good and the staff were amazing!!!!

We really loved it all but our room didn’t get cleaned. We did put the privacy sign on our door the first day due to my husband having a conference call most of the morning. However, we took the sign down and our room was never cleaned. We easily could have called the front desk but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We will definitely visit again!!

Excellent staff during very difficult circumstances with Hurricane Milton. Thank you to all of them! Jennie at the outside pool bar was especially welcoming and professional.

Parking should be cheaper and/or complimentary. 38 dollars a day is too much.

Very clean new rooms. Spacious. Location was also very convenient.

Heavy construction work ( pool, garden, roofs) and internal as well (room maintenance and lobby construction). Due to these works the noise was really disturbing and we had no water in the room during the day twice. Swimming pool which was the reason to choose this hotel was not finished and the part that was opened to the guests was not heated as advertised. Also activities advertised were not offered.

Beautiful hotel, great pools including lazy river. Exquisite restaurant with Michelin recommended chef. Convenient shuttle service. We loved it all.

Everything was great. Maybe only the charges for cleaning were a bit excessive.

I love that there was a Starbucks on the property and the breakfast buffet was delicious, but a little bit pricey along with the rooms. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing stay. The valet employees were very quick, efficient, and very friendly.

The breakfast buffet could be a little bit less money. I saw many families and thought that it was over priced for many.
