The room was great and the view was beautiful. We checked in Christmas eve early afternoon and planned on staying until the day after Christmas. We went to dinner at Rum Fish around 5 Christmas eve and had a great dinner. Later that night sadly my husband became very sick and started vomiting by 11 pm on Christmas eve. This continued into Christmas day so we decided to leave a day early and get him home. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to checking out the St Pete Pier and we had tickets to the Enchanted Village at Tropicana Park. Was a horrible couple of days.

the staff was amazing very helpful , fast responding to my needs , they were very welcoming from the staff that checked me in I believe his name was tyrel to the young man who came immediately after I let them know my tv wasn’t working and fixed the problem who name I think was Sheldon ( I could be wrong) who felt like I was talking to a old friend who also gave me a free late check out I really appreciated that it was very clean and comfortable also quiet and relaxing I rented the penthouse it’s spacious with all the amenities to kick back relax and enjoy THANK YOU BAYVIEW WATER RESORTS

We arrived off hours and there was an envelope with a welcoming note and instructions. It is a unique hotel and very lovely in its way. We were at work, so no time to really enjoy it, but for someone on vacation, ask for the room facing the water as it just looks adorable.

Not a concern, but you have to go to another hotel from the group across the street, about a block down. So, at first, it was a little confusing. Despite, we will definitely stay again.

From the front desk staff to the employees that helped clean, and countless other helpful services in which they went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and enjoyable . I've stayed pretty much at every hotel on the beach, and I can honestly say we found our favorite hotel hands down.....i started referring friends and clients and they feel the same qway! More like a Small little apartment than a hotel room which is very convenient even for a one night stay! Many shops around and accessible to various locations of interest in the area. It had EV connections which was a plus!

Very quiet location with great view over marina. Large penthouse room, comfortable with good kitchen facilities. Small pool. Liked the happy hour drinks.

Would be good to know it is 100 yards to main building across a busy main road where you needed to go for coffee, main pool and beach. It would have been nice to have some tea bags and coffee sachets in the room. It would be very small cost for an expected facility. We stayed in many cheaper rooms on our travels with this facility in every room. Get your act together

The location was great. The room had a full kitchen which was convenient. I appreciated their room service policy. Staff was always willing to answer any questions I had.

The bathroom felt a little cramped, wished the shower water could have gotten a little hotter, and not a fan of low flow toilets. But these are little inconveniences and I did like staying overall.

Nice lication on the harbourside. Side view to the harbour.

Massiv fench with a pool. Not really inviting. Would better eliminate that pool.

The room was nice size. A tad dated but close to the water.

The check in is at another hotel across the street and up about 100 yards. Would have been nice to know that in advance. All activities are at that hotel i.e. morning coffee, beer and wine happy hour etc. No coffee provided in the room. There was a coffee pot provided in the kitchen but no coffee. For the price, in room coffee should be provided, like any other hotel.

what an exceptional surprise! the size, the beautiful natural light, the balconies, the manatees coming up to the dock, the feeling of the penthouse was like stepping back into one of my old lofts, it was so spacious and welcoming
