The Ben is a nice confortable hotel. I thinks it’s q little overpriced for the general experiencia. Although people are very nice and always there to help. My room was on the 7th floor and Saturday got a bit loud on the rooftop, so mind that when booking ask for a floor in between. We loved the cart service “Bruno” which takes you to the island and picks you back up when you need it!

A little dark, we had a little incident on cleanness. And high floors get the rooftop sound .

I was most impressed with Destiny at the front desk.. from the time we arrived on Friday May 31 until we left on Sunday, June 2. She treated us very special and didn’t even know us until we arrived… She was extra considerate to the fact that I had major knee surgery and my husband had the ALS disease… She was so kind and getting us a room for an early check in, and assisted us through the weekend to make sure that our 18th wedding anniversary was flawless… Along with the rest of your staff are very professional and we will be back very frequently!

We did not care for the food on the rooftop bar. The Caesar salad dressing had a lot of Dijon mustard in it and they forgot the Barada in my husband salad so he had to ask for it. The food was we won’t be back for, but the service was good.

Good location, good facilities, comfortable rooms. Valet was efficient and welcoming.

The service from the staff was fine and acceptable, however, coming from a hotel the previous night where the service was superb our experience was a bit of a let down e.g. no offer of a bell boy to take luggage to the room, only 2 from our party of 4 were offered a welcome drink, allocated rooms were incorrect (the wrong way round resulting in having to switch luggage from floor 2 to floor 7 and vice versa) and pool furniture being removed around us and packed up for the evening even though the pool was still open.

The accommodations, the rooftop, the food at the restaurants, but most of all the great service and staff of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and in great disposition all the time, from the valet parking service to the ladies that cleaned up our room. Very helpful with my brother who stayed there for several weeks after having a knee surgery.

The breakfast menu has a good selection, and the coffee is good. The beds are very comfortable. Attentive staff. The hotel is centrally situated with plenty restaurants within walking distance.

Loved the staff who were happy and engaging in every area of the hotel. From Charlie, the door man to the front desk to the pool/Spruzzo beverage folks.

you could have a business center. We both had to work and so did so from the room which was a bit tight and awkward when we had separate calls/meetings.

this time there was no issue with anything and anybody. Valete, reception, doorman, room service, restaurant, bar overall experience was just great that includes clean room.

Hip, stylish and home to the beautiful people. Good location but pricey as are most things in West Palm Beach. Excellent friendly polite service from everyone. Hotel restaurant is nice but also lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. I'd definitely stay again.

Very little. My one tiny niggle is that the shower pressure is pretty poor on the 7th floor. Concierge also not that present.

The staff were all exceptionally nice, in particular Ismeralda, Nicholas, Michael and the weekend Doormen. They went out of their way to assist me in a number of matters and ALWAYS DID IT WITH A NICE, SINCERE SMILE! Thanks again for a nice stay in West Palm Beach.

A wool blanket in the closet for cold natured people would be fine.

Excellent location in the heart of West Palm. Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Great roof top bar! Always good service and a very good selection for breakfast! I like the style and deco of the place.

The price.... High season is always very very expensive...
