Fabulous place! Decor was beautiful and the whole ambience had an air of frivolity! Plentiful friendly and helpful staff who could not do enough to help and oblige. Loved the location, so handy for both the shops and the beach. Enjoyed the hotel bikes which we took out in the mornings along the beach road. Food at Swiftys was first rate and great setting by the pool. Comfy bed and large walk in dressing room. Toiletries were divine and all the little extras ready made the stay exceptional. We were left tea and biscuits in our room to remind us of home which was a much appreciated and heart warming touch. Will definitely be back - loved the place.

Bathroom was on the small side and there was no magnifying mirror.

We loved that it was not a gigantic hotel with 100s of rooms. It felt intimate and the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. The location was excellent. You had use of the bikes, the golf cart rides to beach or shopping and a hotel car that could drop you in town. Great shopping and the beach were a block or two away.

The resort may seem pricey for some, but the quality of service, facilities, friendliness and accommodations of staff, and in house restaurant (Swifty’s) were all absolutely worth every penny. There were many activities and amenities we didn’t even do - like the bicycle rental or beach set up and shuttle ride (the beach is one block away along a beautiful street). The vibe, atmosphere and decor is 1945 Florida - hand painted wall paper, coastal colors. Would definitely come back again and again.

Not sure if they offered as I refused to rise before a certain time, but some type of coastal buffet for AM would be a nice addition, however there is a small general store/coffee shop for grab and go options. Also no hot tub, but the pool was perfect temperature.

We were very excited about the stay and the hotel was indeed beautiful.

I was very disappointed that I left a brand new dress in the room by accident and when I called the hotel to have it retrieved, very little effort was made. I was told that someone would go into the room to get it for me, but no one ever did. In the end, so much time passed that I was told that it was "probably gone." It was brand new and I just think that for such an iconic hotel, someone should have cared more.

The shower in suite is only complaint, no door & it is entirely too small too pull off. Each shower was cold with intermittent hot. I dreaded the shower & the bathroom as a whole. The toilet is literally at the head of the bed, which is not pleasant at times.

Service, location, the beautiful hotel

I was placed in a unfinished room and the price I paid I would expect more from the hotel. I reported it and the staff response was “that’s odd”..I had to initiate requesting that I be moved to another room. I wasn’t particularly impressed with their service recovery.

Gorgeous furnishings, lovely design of rooms, & common areas, outstanding customer service! Delicious food! Attentive staff! Truly a pretty in pink paradise! Reasonably priced for the luxury experienced!

Location is the best in Palm Beach

Apparently some rooms had been upgraded, however neither of ours were…Also their prices for breakfast, one of the best, has escalated considerably.

Location was excellent and their complimentary transports around Palm Beach was delightful for someone that was 75 years old
