Great location by the highway and restaurants, easy parking, good breakfast, friendly staff, bathrooms were well-stocked, comfortable room, quiet, and a very nice place to rest and recharge during a road trip. Great value!

The room was humid; the a/c should be left on to at least 75ºF before arrival during the summer months to prevent the room from getting muggy. It was so humid that the carpet was soggy, and our socks got wet. Sheets were soggy as well. It took a good 3-4 hours of the a/c running for the sheets and and carpet to feel dry. The top sheets had a few dried-up blood stains. No big deal but makes a difference between an 8 and a 10.

Check in process was very long. There were 4 couples ahead of us. The young man working was hurrying as fast as he could. He was pleasant and polite and apologized to us several times for taking so long. After we checked in I went to the bar to get my husband a cocktail. I paid $10.80 for watered down whiskey. Yes, it was watered down. We looked at the bottle behind the bar the following morning, It was the palest whiskey my husband ever saw. You out to be ashamed of yourself. You are making enough off of me charging $10.80 per shot, without watering it down. Aren't there laws about this?????Breakfast was very nice, tasty, warm and filling. The women responsible for this was very pleasant and kind.

There were plenty of car parking spaces. The reception and staff were very pleasant and friendly. The lobby area was clean and spacious. My hotel room on 4th floor was clean, spacious and comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good. I actually extended my stay from 3 to four nights. From a driving point of view, the hotel was well located. The Walmart superstore was located close by. That was handy.

I was happy with everything and everyone.

i was not aware of the $100 deposit you will be charged at time of check in until i checked in. they put a hold on your card and then release the funds 3-5 days after check out. i am traveling on a budget so i was not happy with this. i did read policies and it says nothing about this, only that you may be charged a fee if traveling with pets. also for a newer facility- lots of stains on carpet throughout building, elevator floor tiles were cracked, and lots of unfinished wall repairs. tv claims to have netflix access, youtube, etc. did not work, phone in room did not work (disconnected twice when called front desk about tv) walked to front desk and was told that is a feature that was installed about a month ago and is not complete.

Staff

I only stayed one day instead of two because of an emergency, the front desk stated I would get a refund from Book.com and that never happened. I will never use Book.com ever again, they have no way to contact them directly and I'm out over hundred bucks. I will advise my friends and relatives not to use book.com one thing I didn't like was the bed it was way too soft because I have a bad back

This location was in a very nice spot the hotel was clean my room smelled really nice the whole hotel was smelling very good clean breakfast was excellent the service was very nice I like this little spot this is My Little getaway

It wasn't very much that I didn't like this only had an experience with guests with dogs I guess that's kind of something that I can take a leave or whatever

The staff was very friendly. Great location right off the freeway. Walmart and lots of restaurants super close to hotel. Great breakfast. We stayed for one night while traveling with a dog on the way to Florida. Would definitely stay again.

The window had a big crack that was held together by packaging tape and the one light on the desk was broke by where the light bulb sits and staying kinda up with duck tape.

It was a great place to stop on our way thru traveling to Florida!

Smelled like dogs… I’m a dog lover but allergic… but it was way overpowering. The pool wasn’t open and it was something we looked forward too after driving for 15 hours. In the morning people had their dogs by the food and a few made plates for their dogs to eat off the floor right next to us. It was gross

Matt and Pam at the front desk were awesome, they are both friendly and helpful people. We were glad this location had a lobby bar. This facility is well-kept.

Breakfast was good but the serving trays for eggs, sausage, and potatoes seemed small, as if they didn't have enough. However, we got everything we wanted so in the end it wasn't a problem.

The front desk attendant, Pam, was amazing!!!! She was nice and super helpful.

I did not like the fact that when we came down for breakfast, there was no gravy. They had run out, and the juices were not available either, and all the butter was in the fridge. It would be nice if some were out to soften to spread easier on the waffles, bagels, or biscuits.
