Location great- 30 min walk to River St. Owner was very accommodating to all of our needs & extremely nice. Very clean. The apt. was lovely with 2 full bedrooms & baths w/ showers. Convenient to free shuttle to River St. From 7a.m.- 7 p.m. Daily. We had no problem parking on the street right next to the house and the park across the street was great for tennis, running laps, a casual morning walk and had a beautiful fountain with benches throughout for relaxiing.

Many steps to Apt B.- Hard on 1 friend with back and knee issues. Beds were very soft with memory foam (?) Mattresses. This was difficult so 1 of us slept on the couch for a firmer bed option.

We loved our stay at Forsyth Park 2 Bedroom Beauty. Our 2nd floor apartment in this historic house overlooked Forsyth Park and was ideally situated as we could explore the famous park at any time or catch a free downtown shuttle just a block away. There is a delicious restaurant located across the street in the park and a Dominos Pizza located a couple of blocks behind the house. The apartment was decorated wonderfully, had a modern full service kitchen, lovely bedrooms with attached spa like bathrooms. We had 2 cool nights and the apartment kept us warm and comfortable. Other reviewes mentioned traffic noises but we were not bothered at all. We have to applaud the cleanliness of this apartment. We travel with someone who has severe allergies and there were absolutely no issues. Immaculate. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, Excellent stay

We loved the location by the park. It was so beautiful and a great place to walk.

The house was lovely, but the 20 steps to the unit were brutal. It's not a good unit for anyone with lots of luggage or who can not handle steps.

The location was great. Accommodations great. The stairs are a serious challenge and I did not know about them at booking. If I had most likely I would have sought another place.

We loved the charm and decorations of the condo. Also the location. We used and appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. The entry and code locking system was very convenient and worked well. When I called the number given for problems, the hosts were very polite and efficient.

One light was out in the green bedroom. We were not able to get one of the showers to turn on at first. It was not as well marked (hot/cold) as the other. With the help of the hosts, we did get it on. We did not know to pull out one of the faucets and then got the wrong one. A sign with instructions would help.

The location is fabulous.

The shower in the bathroom connected to the blue room looks nice but the heat of the water and power of water from the shower was poor. We also had zero hangers provided in any closets but when requested they were ultimately delivered. Overall a nice property but for the price charged the shower systems should be high functioning.

Great location, right on the free shuttle line. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Had air conditioning units to help beat the heat. Included some baby items like a high chair that were incredibly useful to us.

One of the beds was very uncomfortable, and the shower was kind of confusing, but other than that it was a pretty great place to stay on our visit!

We brought our own groceries and enjoyed breakfast that we prepared each day. The location was wonderful. We ran the Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon which ended right near our front door! Couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere (only about 1 mile away) for shopping and great food. Found a Packer Bar at PS Tavern and had a great time! Really a beautiful area.

The weather was cold (43 degrees and raining) Nothing that could have been changed!

Fantastic property with a perfect location. We could have moved in for good! Very clean and everything upon arrival as we expected - helpful and responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

Everything was as advertised. No surprises with this home and that is all I ask for when renting a place to stay.
