If you want to have a wonderful stay, the Gastonian is amazing! The staff was unbelievable - friendly, accomodating, and very helpful (especially when I got in so very, very late - still greeting with a smile!). The Mary Telfair room was incredibly beautiful - very large bathroom and the 2 beds were so very comfortable. The balcony was a bonus where we enjoyed our glass of wine. And let me tell you - you don't want to miss breakfast. It was so good! I probably gained 5 pounds devouring the honey biscuits alone. :)

First time at a bed and breakfast and omg it was perfect. Vintage filled with vibe setting antique furniture and music. The Hunter King room was spacious and cozy with good natural light. Very comfy luxurious bed sheets and cover. Everything was clean and fresh. Friendly staff, incredible wine and hor derves in the evening. Breakfast was average. All in all definitely would want to come back and worth the price!

The customer service at The Gastonian was exceptional—truly attentive and welcoming. Kennedy, Andrew and the staff are helpful and charming! The building and guest rooms are rich with history, offering a unique and memorable atmosphere. This was an outstanding place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

The staff really make this place special! Kennedy is such an amazingly kind and sweet host! When we checked-in, she showed us to our room, helped us with our luggage, and then led us back to the main dining room area where she offered us an evening port wine and chocolate mousse cake which was such a treat after a long drive from DC! We mentioned that it was our anniversary weekend, and they included a personalized card in our room that wished us a happy 15th anniversary. It really made my day :) The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast in the main dining room the first morning and I had the blueberry French toast, which was excellent. The next morning we ate breakfast under the pergola complete with shrimp and grits and lemon ricotta pancakes. The young lady working the reception during the day was also really kind and helpful and prepared two bikes for us to take out for the day which was such a memorable way to scope out Savannah. Hands down, my favorite part of the trip! We then hopped in the car and went to check out Tybee Island and she set us up with beach towels and waters. Lastly, if you request turn down service, they leave yummy cookies in your room!

It’s hard to say anything negative because the good was great and far outweighed anything negative. I would say that I noticed that the baseboards in my bathroom were a bit dusty so that was a tad off putting. The parking situation was good in that it was free, but there is limited parking for guests at the back of the house, and my husband didn’t really like handing over his keys so that they could move cars around as needed.

First off, amazing staff! Very attentive and friendly-literally every single person! The breakfasts were fantastic (and I’m not a big breakfast eater) loved the wine & apps in the afternoon & dessert in the evening-great way to wind down the day and meet other travelers. The Inn is spacious and beautiful. Our room was big and also quiet (which you don’t always get at a b&b. Fantastic stay, I’ll be back!

This was a great place. Beautiful building. Good location. Close to one of the main parks in Savannah. Staff was also really good. And our particular room was amazing. We had a walk in shower, king bed, big tub, and a working fireplace.

The parking situation isn't the most amazing. You have to give them your keys, and they kind of move cars around. But I could leave my car there and walk around the city. The walls are maybe a little thin. But it's a older house. And our bathroom had a leaky shower. But overall, very minor things, and our stay was amazing.

Happy hour wine and apps especially the tea sandwiches, the fire place in the room, the spaciousness, Christmas decorations, all of the friendly staff was amazing and attentive, the beauty of the building and the surrounding area, the pecan french toast, biscuits, breakfast casserole, and potatoes

A beautiful historic building, restored with excellent taste. Spacious room and bathroom. Near everything. In a lovely city. Staff ls excellent and attentive to all needs.

The breakfast was excellent. The Hors d'oeuvre and desert was an excellent bonus above and beyond. The parking could have been better but not by much. The overeflow lot is good enough, but rain and inclimate weather makes it less than ideal.

The breakfast potatoes were a little underdone and tasted like dish soap. The mattress was a little too soft, lumpy and the springs squeaked with every roll over, but really I’m just being picky. Still 5/5 overall.
