A little expensive for what it was. But the staff were friendly and it was clean. Our fridge in the room didn’t cool well and they offered to switch our room but we were only staying one night so we didn’t take them up on the offer.

This is a brand new hotel and and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Savannah. It's also located in a safe area. There is an inside pool and they serve hot breakfast daily. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had is when housekeeping keeping did not come back to clean our room. The manager quickly addressed our concerns and our room was cleaned the next day.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Room was clean .

coffee station offered no cream or 1/2 and 1/2. only flavored coffee creamer. even the milk was 1%. not the cup of coffee I was looking forward to. Had to drive elsewhere for a decent cup of coffee. very disappointing. Everything else was very good. Shower head was too high! Would have been nice to have handheld attachment in the shower for rinsing.

The size of the room was great and was clean.

Bed was way too soft. The pillow top mattress is not necessary. Also the AC in my room smelled like mildew. Could have just been the one in my room though.

The staff were exceptional, especially manager Derrick & am front desk - Ma...? Liked that room had great room darkening window shades. The room design was nice with bathroom /entry quite separate, hooks for coats etc, apart from closet. The inn was very clean, liked the Dove products in bathroom , bed was comfortable & 2 nice restaurants very closeby(Mexican & Japanese) Breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options.

I mistakenly thought the room was under my name but it turned out to be under my husband's name. I thought that shouldn't have been a problem because we had the confirmation # but it took some time for our reservation to be found. The inn staff did their upmost to resolve the issue in a very calm reassuring manner.

Modernized, clean, friendly hotel staff, excellent breakfast.

Shower drain clogged. The water wouldn't go down when taking a shower. Backed up drain unsanitary. Couldn't call front desk because the phone didn't work. Had to use cell phone to reach them. Clerk said that the drain is just very slow and will eventually go down. She said it needs drano.

Location was good, the lobby, room, etc smelled really good, clean, breakfast was good

Although the room was clean, the sheets smelled stale, and at breakfast the lady working, I had to say excuse me twice because she was standing in front of coffee area just chatting with someone, and the parking lot was a little tricky to get to.

The bed was amazing to sleep in and the staff was excellent. I didn't have a blow dryer at excellent stay night and the receptionist brought a new one right to me.

Housekeeping didn't ask to come in to empty trash cans or bring fresh linens. I guess I could have called if I had a big issue with this.

Breakfast was very good. Family members very satisfied.

Room service never used the plastic bags to line or cover the inside of the trash cans. The telephone was not working; and tub needs two (2) bars for support to keep from slipping (tub very slippery) when showering. There seemed to be a problem with the water no drain properly from the tub.
