Bed,pillows and bed coverings were very comfortable, a/c was nice and cold, quiet which is all I can really ask for. At check out the front desk lady was nicer. Our room smelled sooo good when we walked in! Very clean room.

Surrounding area was scary. At arrival I went to front desk to check in and no one was there attending so I waited for 10 minutes before she arrived and not a single smile and not at all friendly. I felt like she hated being there. The light bulbs in the room were horrible, so dim you could hardly see. I had to do my makeup in the room by the window for light! For the breakfast I thought when I booked that it was full breakfast but I guess not. I ate breakfast but was disappointed. Sausage patties which I don’t eat and no bacon. Scrambled eggs but no fried eggs which is what I thought I could have gotten with a full breakfast. It was a nice little setup but I had expected more. The lamp on my side of the bed was all rusted, change that out. Furniture old and not in good shape.

The staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions since we had never been to Savannah before. We really appreciated that the front desk worker did not have a foreign accent and was easy to understand. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but I wish we could clone her and install her at all the hotels. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. I was traveling with my son and I felt safe staying at the Savannah Baymont.

We would have liked a pool, but it really wasn't a big deal because we swam in the ocean.

Breakfast was better than expected. I enjoyed the eggs and sausage. Room was large, clean and quiet. I did not use the shuttle but the location to town was good.

a few quests were loud in the parking lot. not the hotels fault. busy road with lots of trucks but I didn't hear this traffic in the room. The walls were fairly thick. bed was nice and comfortable.

They advertise a pool. Pool was filled in and is now a patio. Thermostat for ac and heat is now on wall. Thermostat has photo eye on it and when you leave , then come back the ac finally comes back on to cool room back down

I love the customer service at the front desk. The convenience of a shuttle from and to the hotel. The free wine, cheese and crackers for the guest from 5p to 7pm. The location it was close to restuarants and a grocery store. I also like the quietness of the hotel. My favorite was the dove soap instead of those cheap soap most hotel use.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

The shuttle service was a huge plus. We were able to park our car and take the shuttle into Savannah without having to worry about parking. Then the pick-up was right on time getting us back. We also received wine, cheese, and crackers during 'happy hour' which was a nice bonus we were unaware of. Breakfast was good

Rooms were Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

I did have a problem with the days of my reservation for some reason they had different days from what I booked and was locked out on Sunday. I was supposed to check out on Monday the 17th

Was not a lot of traffic.

I texted them that I wanted 2 rooms on first floor when I booked the rooms. I was texted back that I would be on 1st floor but when I got here, it was totally different. Told me that the rooms I requested was all on second floor.

The breakfast offerings were satisfactory, and the location proved advantageous.

The air conditioning unit's temperature control was set to a fixed 67 degrees, while the external temperatures were exceptionally high.

I was impressed with the aesthetics and the warm reception from the staff. The place was simple, elegant and clean. The receptionist when I first arrived was phenomenal.

It met or exceeded my expectations, nothing to complain about.
