+ Spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen and a very large bathroom with free standing tub. + Hotel has lovely grounds, with beautifully kept gardens and several swimming pools, some with water slides. It even has an adults only pool. + Good sound proofing, hardly any noise from other rooms. + Staff was friendly and accommodating. + Ample parking in front of each building.

- Breakfast was too expensive for what was on offer. - No dining options after 6PM and no restaurants within close proximity. You pretty much need a car. (Or you can use the kitchen of course or one of the complimentary shared barbecues).

Improvements: "While everything was excellent, it might be nice to have additional signage for certain areas to make navigating the resort even easier."

I had no dislikes during my stay. Everything was thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have a memorable and seamless experience.

We liked having access to a condo with a kitchen, living room, laundry and free parking right in front. The place was clean and efficient. Having access to the Hilton hotel facility was a big perk.

The hard sell on time share right off the gate was a turn off. The location is mid. The Hilton compound between hotel and condos is huge but there’s very little else around. You need to drive 40+ minutes in any direction to do any activity or eat anywhere outside the compound. As an aside, it was interesting to see dolphins on the Hilton hotel grounds. But it was sad to see them kept in such a small enclosure

Lovely pool , great bathroom shower and Japanese toilets- good location but not beachfront

Only one restaurant option a bar at the resort which closed too early ie 6 pm- other restaurants required half hr shuttle ride and weren’t open past 830. The village market was very overpriced compared to Kona Safeway that we discovered late in Our stay

The pools were amazing. I loved that we could go to the other Hilton properties, but also loved our on-site pool selections. The rooms were very comfortable and I had a great view of Mauna Kea. The property was close to Hāpuna Beach and shopping/restaurants were easy to get to, with a vehicle.

The only area that was a little unkempt was the building entrance going to our room. Other than that, I felt like everything was in great order.

Koa greeted us and was ultra-helpful the whole time. Claire checked us in and was super efficient. Then Koa took our bags and said he would put it in our room when it became available. It couldnʻt have been easier. Check out was unbelievably easy and simple with the texting capability. There is nothing better and painless.

I didnʻt like leaving. The property was so inviting and the sleep was amazing.

The main pool is so much fun for the kids. They love the little sand area and the small slide. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. I loved the bed and the amount of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It was Memorial Day during our stay and there was such cute activities for the kids!

During our stay there were a lot of older kids rough housing around the kiddie pool area and going the wrong way up the slide and with no staff nearby to stop them. The staff on top of the big slide tried scolding them but it didn't deter them. My youngest slammed into one of them on the way down and was crying. Only downside to the room was the amount of little cockroaches that came out at night, but we are in Hawaii and bugs are just a normal part of life here.

The villa was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful when checking in. Loved that we could use the main Hilton resort that was a short drive away or shuttle bus. Lots to do around the resort - golf, walking, swimming, snorkeling etc. Shops that were close by offered lots of choice and were great to grab a few supplies. Great value for money.

Golf facilities were not as good as other resort hotels that we had used.

I love the facilities the pool is so fun for the children and the adults. The condo set up is lovely to make your own food.

The price definitely increased, we live on island and are from the big island I wish they would give locals a discount on the prices, because during the pandemic, we were the one supporting the hotel and staying there for a decent price

It’s a beautiful property, lots to walk around and see, whether it’s the goats that come around or the many birds. Each room gets its own patio to look out at

Although the front desk man named Blake told me the building I stayed in (burilding 23) was brand new , I found a lot of things in my room like the front door lock and the tvs where not working or secure. I called for a plunger and I never received it , I called once more and I was rudely hung up on.
