Location was great. The valet service was amazing very pleasant greeting upon arrival and every time we used the service the guys were awesome. View from room was great. Bumbye beach bar awesome service by Hollie.

Restaurants a little pricey, and food was hit & miss one day good next day not so.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet, the tiered pools, and the complimentary recreational activities. All in all it was truly a wonderful stay and when we left we kept thinking about how much we missed being there!

The room could be slightly updated. We were a couple, but only one person could actually sit in the provided chair so it was an unnecessary piece of furniture. We ended up just sitting in the bed to watch the TV at a angle. Also, the entire TV console was large but had no additional purpose. We thought there might be more drawers for clothing storage, which would have been helpful. The closet is nice but it doesn't have great storage, only to hang things.

Access to the beach and beach accessories were very helpful. The resort fee does include a lot of actual amenities (snorkel gear, beach chairs, experiences). Location to a nearby shopping center was great and provided additional non-beach activities, and the courtesy vehicle made it accessible. Staff of all departments were great.

Needed more pool umbrellas. There should be a hot tub in an adults-only area. Mokapu Market could stay open longer for late night snacks, drinks, sundries.

Spacious modern rooms, beautiful views from patio and balcony. Adjacent to a stunning beach. Great food and drinks. Staff was warm and helpful. Wonderful lounge facilities for those arriving before room-ready, plus free onsite laundromat.

Ridiculous trying to get beach loungers or poolside seats. They need a better system to avoid people saving empty chairs for hours. Disappointing.

The Andaz was AMAZING. BEST resort I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, the included excursions and activities were so fun and I was surprised so many of the were included. The pools were awesome. There were ALWAYS open chaise lounges.The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, lovely and spacious.

It was such a beautiful property! The open-air lobby was so nice. We actually fell asleep on one of the couches waiting for our room (We got there early). The smells at this property just put you on island time immediately. We had a wonderful time at the luau. We decided to do it the day we arrived because we were already so comfortable! There was direct access to the beach, the food was amazing, and the staff was so helpful! We had all these plans to explore, but we were so comfortable at the resort that we didn't do quite as much as we had planned. We actually had a red-eye to catch on the last day, and we could only get a 12:00 PM Check out. The staff offered to keep our luggage for us, let us hang out at the resort, and let us know about the shower room on site so that we could have a shower before our flight. I would stay here every time!

The property is beautiful. There were shops close by we could walk to and a nice walking path along the water. Friendly staff. Market was good and the beach restaurant. Free shuttle takes you to near-by shopping and restaurants.

The room had an odd set up. It needs a wall between the bathroom and bedroom as the light wakes everyone up if someone gets up to shower earlier (there are blinds). They need more pool chairs! They have a bunch of chairs under canopies they charge extra for but these were frequently empty but everyone is fighting for a regular chair (literally).

We arrived early at 12MD & didn’t get our room until 4pm. We know that is the check in time but the Reception should have let us know on registering that it would take until 4 to get the room rather than us hanging around the foyer waiting.

It’s a beautiful resort, the pool area is great. We went in off peak season so was able to get a spot to sit by the pool each time. They have resort activities like yoga or paddle boarding (for free)! The food on-site is of great quality too. Staff are super attentive and helpful. Fairly convenient to get around and they have a complimentary car service for drops offs near by.

The rooms are small for what you pay and doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the resort.

all the food was outstanding! tsnaumi fires were amazing, great homemade ice cream sandwiches!! Drinks did not disapoint

Higher toilets in the rooms were low to the floor.. for an older person
