It was very clean and the room was super nice.

Not much to not like. Although I felt for the price that they could atleast include breakfast for the people staying. I understand that the restaurant serves breakfast and dinner for people staying there and not staying there.

The reception clerk that handled the check-in, despite looking like a teenager, was THE MOST professional and helpful tourism / hospitality worker I have ever dealt with. Since calling and texting us to know if everything was alright, despite we're arriving very late. Staying on the front desk after his shift ended, just to make sure we had everything we needed and providing all the information with such a clarity and in such an helpful way. This is not a 5-star hotel and we didn't expect this type of service from this "kid" (apologize if he is not a kid, but he looked like on). Very professional! Thank you!

Everything was perfect, given the price / quality / type of hotel

The room was super nice, very clean and comfortable. The room also had a decent size. Super Smooth checkin experience. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

The location is a bit far from Yellowstone, but for this price I really can't complain. The restaurant downstairs was closed for renovations when we visited.

The late check was great and the room was clean and cute. Staff was nice.

It would have been nice if the lobby area was opened up earlier with some coffee ready. It was disappointing to leave in the morning with no coffee in hand. I saw the large coffee makers while checking in the night before so I was not thrilled that the doors to the lobby were locked in the morning. Coffee should be available by 6:30

The room gets our highest rating for cleanliness & the beds were very comfortable. Quiet area. Breakfast, buffet style, was delicious.

The room was attractive, newly remodeled! The beds were totally comfortable and we enjoyed the pillows. The bathroom was attractive. Could have used a non-slip mat in the shower. The staff were accommodating. Very nice. Would recommend this motel. Would stay here again

Very comfortable beds, clean room and a great shower, with even a handheld showerhead, which is a luxury in the USA. Staff is very kind. Breakfast was delicious, not included in the price, but well worth it. 20 minutes away from west Yellowstone entrance. It is close to the highway, but not on it so no sounds of passing cars at night. We were so happy that the night was cool, no need for the AC just opened the windows and no machine noices

We arrived after dark. After driving for nine hours we were exhausted. As we we approached our room, and went to insert our key..I tripped on your "step down" area in front of the door! It felt very dangerous! Please fix this situation, before some one gets really hurt!
