Our room was clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The view in room 335 was pointed towards the river, so we had a gorgeous view.

The hot tub was always crowded, because it was a very cold and busy weekend. They also had extra charges like $20 for parking and a $20 inspection charge each night. Our initial payment was $257 for 2 nights, but I noticed while we were there that I was charged an additional $80. I talked to the front counter about it and they were very professional and went as far as cancelling those fees.

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious with a huge TV that was on a TV bracket that allows you to watch clearly either on the sofa or bed. Sitting out at the fire pit in the evening was very relaxing, desk staff friendly and very helpful. Laundry was very good.

Bit on the pricey side considering it was a distance from any town and paying for parking off season was a strange one. They explained that this was due to parking in the winter and the height of summer holidays which did not apply to the dates we were staying. So why not make it free for residents?

Exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we departed. Staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's facilities, including the heated pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for guests to unwind. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the west side of Yellowstone National Park. We appreciated the extra touches, such as complimentary candy in the rooms. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hot pool is outside and that is amazing! The view is breathtaking. The facility was clean and spacious. The gym was roomy as well. Our room was great, comfy bed, roomy and clean. Hot chocolate bar available too!

The bathroom door locked on us, which we opened with a coin. Panicked for a second there. Also we could hear outside noise too. I'm a light sleeper so that kept me up most of the night. We found a pill of some kind on the floor by the bed too.

For what we paid for, the quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Having said this, we probably avail a promo on a lean season so you might find it more expensive on a different season. We missed out breakfast in our first day because we arrived really late the day before. The receptionist spoken to the kitchen if they would let us and they did. Finally, we left one day before our expected check out because of circumstances. We were not charged for that day we have missed.

Minor criticism. My brother and I were talking and having a laugh in our bedroom. We can't help it because its a holiday so were meant to have fun. We had a door attached to next door. They knocked on our door and told us that we were talking too much. Maybe a little bit more sound proofing would help.

I stayed here outside the high season and had a great experience. Parking was an extra cost, but the total price was still reasonable—at least in April. The room was comfortable and the location was very convenient. We had a view of another building, but if you're lucky, you might get a room with a view of the river. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great location, the size of the room was amazing after a few days of exploring Yellowstone. Complimentary breakfast was decent and just what you need before a big day ahead. Wish we were not too exhausted to use the pool/gym/pool table

Not really a con, but the “room service” asks you to order over the phone but pick it up yourself.

Beautiful setting. Lovely breakfast, incredible sweet rolls, fun pool and great hot tub. Gorgeous setting by the river.

Only issue we had was the facility across the river hosted a live LOUD band until 10 PM one night we could hear it banging in our room. I was very tired. But that's not your fault.

It's a beautiful location and the hotel is very nice. The outdoor hot tub was super fun in 0 degree weather! The room was comfortable and well-appointed. I would definitely come here again.

I didn't like the $20 parking fee per night. That seems excessive, and I don't remember seeing that on the website, but that could be my own mistake.

Always a beautiful stay at Springhill Suites in Island Park. The hot tub is large and hot. The lobby is spacious and clean. The restaurant has great food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and feel very modern. The view is always stunning (keep your eyes out for moose in the river!) The Macks Inn Parlor was right next door and super convenient.

Our room was directly next to the lobby which resulted in lots of noise during breakfast setup each morning. Door slams were loud. Lots of stomping in the hallways and rooms above. Would have enjoyed more luggage carts.
