Its a beautifull apartment. The check in was easy as you get a code and can enter the appartment without the need to go to the counter first. The place was roomy, had fully equipped kitchen. It even included some small accesorries like olive oil, coffie, salt... Th has a washing and drying machine as well as dishwasher. The kids loved that the appartment had access to Disney+ chanel. It also included some cupons for Freeman stuff.

Although, it is written in description that they have a pool, there is no pool at the property. All you get is a one free ticket for one person to nearby water park, which is not the same. I gave 9 as this was a big missinformation. I would rather have it that on booking page it would honesty say no pool. The appartment offers a lot other additional things, there is not need for everything. So 9 instead of 10 is not because they do not have a pool but because it was written in the description that the pool is present and free. Giving one free ticket for family of six is not the same as free pool at the property!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and clean. The property manager was friendly and eager to help when needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a second room for the kids made nap and bedtime so much easier than at a traditional one bedroom hotel. Location was very close to everything within Rexburg - including Bear World.

Booking.com incorrectly advertises on-site breakfast. The property manager said he has tried correcting thus multiple times without luck. There is no daily continental breakfast. There were 5 chairs instead of 6 eventhough it said it was suited for 6. My husband stood every dinner.

We liked there was everything we needed and everything was very clean. Large fridge and lots of counter space. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The bathrooms had more than one towel per person so we didn't have to worry they wouldn't dry before our next shower and the shower heads were very nice.

There were so many warnings before and during stay about items being broken or stolen that we were stressed out and couldn't fully relax. The tv remote didn't have a battery cover on it when we arrived so I called and told them hoping to not be charged. The employee gasped when I told her which stressed me out more.

I hope to stay at this location every time I come to Rexburg to visit with my son! Wonderful location, walking distance to just about everything. Facilities were so clean. I had a hiccup(I didn't read check in instructions completely, so it's all on me!) with check in, so I reached out to Lyn, she answered immediately & was so nice. Loved that we were able to hang out and just relax in an at home setting. Bonus was the coupons that were left by Lyn for various places within Rexburg(Millhollows FroYo was AMAZING, can't wait to have some when I am back in Rexburg!

I understand the concept of having a min., 2 night stay. I have to come to town in a month to pick my son up from school, needing just a 1 night stay and wish I could stay here again. Not sure you could consider this a bad thing.:) Raspberry Garden was truly a 10 star stay for us!!

I thought it was a very attractive place at a very reasonable price. It was very close to the apartments my newly married daughter lives in

The smoke alarms went off when we were cooking breakfast (bacon). We were finally able to get them to go off after opening all the windows. The alarm located in the bedroom beeped for many hours. I called the help number and they were not able to help me at all. I went and bought a new battery, replaced the old one and the beeping went off. Thank goodness! I would have had to have gone elsewhere if I would have had to try to sleep with that beeping. So, you guys need to replace the batteries in your smoke alarms on a timely basis.

The property was clean comfortable, and perfect for a family. It was also about 2 minutes from the BYU-Idaho campus. They also left us useful information about good places to eat around town. We definitely suggest the Red Rabbit Grill.

The sound insulation from the front door could have been a little bit better. Wasn't a major issue except we had some inconsiderate Neighbors the first night. But it's in a quiet little neighborhood very convenient to the rest of town.

Great stay, clean, warm vibes, kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds. Really exceeded our expectations. Shower was beyond amazing while it lasted.

The shower turned from the best into the worst very quickly, with hot water running out relatively quickly. We had to take larger intervals between each shower. Not a big deal tbh but you'd really wanna stay in that type of shower until it throws you out.

Absolutely adorable! Nice size kitchen for 3 adults to cook comfortably. Just as described. Even though there were renovations going on in the unit next to us, we couldn't hear a thing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. My son wants to repeat our summer trip this year next year, and if we do, I would definitely book again!

The dryer is a little high. 3 off us traveling are 5'4-5'6 and couldn't reach the controls on the dryer. My mom is 5'11, so it wasn't difficult for her.

Really nice having a full two bedroom apartment instead of the usual one room hotel.

Not crazy about the extra charges. Only stayed one night and the housekeeping charge was more than the rental fee, and they charged for wifi. Everywhere else I've been these things are included in the price of the stay. Stayed here 2 years ago and it was an outstanding value. This time it was the same great value until they added the extra charges. Found out it's under new management. Would be better if they simply charged a bit more for the stay and not ding me with the extra charges. Booking.com listed it with breakfast included. It was not (last time it was a basket of assorted cereals, etc., not great but still nice).

The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Having separate bedrooms, a living room , kitchen, and dining room was worth staying here rather than a hotel room.

The details stated that breakfast included. But what it was was a coupon for 1 free breakfast at a local restaurant. When there are 4 involved, that wasn't a deal. Even fruit and muffins would have been more accurate. I suggest removing that tagline from the description or providing enough coupons for the number of people staying there.
