Everything was very clean and the room and beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. It also didn’t end until 10 which was convenient for us.

The only critique I have is that the rack with all of the clean, fresh towels on it was literally mounted inside of the shower. I pulled the curtain back to shower and was quite perplexed. I had to take all of the towels out and store them on the counter so they wouldn’t get wet. There was a giant painting above the toilet that easily could have been done away with and the towel rack could have gone there. A very minor complaint, but I thought it was weird.

The room was very clean and all furnishings were well kept up. The staff was friendly and everything in the hotel was very accessible. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to many family friendly day trip locations.

The hotel is located close to a busy street, so it was a bit loud during heavy traffic times. The room was clean but smelled a bit old. Overall we were pleased with the experience.

This property is fantastic. The staff were helpful, kind, professional, and so welcoming, which was wonderful after a long day on the road. Kenneth at the front desk was especially wonderful, so shout out to him. Everything was sparkling clean and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Such a great value! Breakfast was delicious with great variety of both food and hot beverages.

The room was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and provided many options. The hotels was clean and quiet. The location was easy to find and access.

The staff was not very friendly. During my 7 day stay I had to go back to the front desk twice to have my key reset to allow me to access my room. At checkout, the desk attendee did not offer to print a receipt, but just told me to drop my key in the basket.

Breakfast was excellent and the size of the room was much larger than the avg hotel room with tall ceilings.

It was a bit more expensive than most surrounding properties but by utilizing a third party booking agent I was able to lower the price considerably. Which was nice but I feel you should provide those more affordable rates without having to use a third party company which has the potential to becoming a major headache to say the least.

The location is great. The beds were old but soft. Clean enough to be there for a couple days. But there were obvious places that don’t get cleaned. Definitely could’ve been cleaner. Overall not a bad place to stay. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was as expected for the type of hotel. The person working the breakfast area was overwhelmed with the amount of people there for the weekend events. But she handled it well. Would stay here again.

It was quiet and restful. Breakfast was good and had several options.

The pool was the main reason we wanted to stay and it was not functioning properly. There was construction work going on and dust and tape and plastic around. Our room was very hot. We adjusted the heat and actually had to turn on the a/c to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

I liked the comfortable bed and the bathroom access since I have a handicap and it was a very comfortable stay. I liked the breakfast buffet as well. If I would have brought a swim suit, it would have been nice to enjoy the indoor pool or hot tub. The hotel was very nice and would definitely like to come back when the need presents itself again.

I had asked for a quiet room. My room was really close to a very busy road, traffic most of the night kept me awake. The woman who checked me in and out wasn't very friendly. Just seemed to not enjoy her job. She and the other woman at the desk when i checked out didn't say thank you for staying with us or even have a great day. There was also a dog issue, not their fault really but was most annoying. Food selection for breakfast wasn't very good. No TV channels like ABC, NBC, CBS. Mostly a lot of channels with nothing really of value to watch.

The room was spacious the bed was comfortable and it was quiet we had other family members in other rooms we have experienced their loudness before so that was good. We also liked that the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours.

Since my husband is 76 I reserved a handicap room so that we can park close enough so he does not have to walk too far. The girl at the desk said that it was closer from the other end which when we checked in was perfect right by the door but when we came back after our event there were no handicap parking spaces at that end and all parking spots were full. I had to park at the entrance to the end to get him in the door and to his room blocking that entrance for a few minutes. My suggestion is if you are renting out handicapped rooms on the other end of building you need to have handicap spaces there too. BTW after I got my husband in the room I went out and parked my car there were no available handicapped spaces anywhere.
