Room was thoughtfully laid out; the three well-lit mirrors ensured all three of us women could prepare for our event at the same time. While it's just off the Blue Lakes main drag, it was located on a quiet street, backing off an alley, so all rooms were quiet. We liked the breakfast variety (greek yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, bananas), including several plant-based milk options. Pool was long enough that an adult could potentially swim laps. Gym was well-stocked with equipment. Hooks on the wall allowed easy stowing to keep things tidy. Multiple light sources; bright white bathroom. On same block as Target (with a Starbucks); Costco a 5-min walk across the street. The "4 Roots" Juice/smoothie bar across the street was an awesome eating option. A 15-min walk to the Rim Trail through neighborhoods. Several chain restaurants within walking around the block along Blue Lakes Blvd.

Just one elevator; better signage to flanking stairwells would be helpful.

The pool was amazing my daughter loved it, loved the late checkout the staff was very friendly good breakfast all around a 10/10!!

We only stayed one night so u have no complaints we got in late, I think I would’ve liked an information packet in my room or something didn’t know when the pool closed until we went down to the pool in the morning and realized we could’ve got in a night swim and left on our travels earlier in the morning but really just a minor issue

We absolutely loved the pool, the hours of the pool, the cleanliness of the pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the rest we needed. The staff was professional, kind and courteous. We did not stay long enough to have breakfast, but the location was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was an added bonus to find Costco gas close by.

The remote control to my TV didn’t work very well but it wasn’t a big deal because we spent any extra time we had in the pool. These soap dispensers in the bathroom didn’t work very well and needed to be refilled.

From the moment we checked in the staff members were super kind and courteous. Every day they showed us how professional they are at their job,asking if we need anything, how were doing. We were so happy that we choose you location.

Well laid out. Parking was close to my 2nd floor room. Nice Chevron station nearby on route backtracking to freeway. Nice breakfast. Check in clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly for several encounters, definitely high on the 10-scale! WinCo is just around a long corner. Worth the higher price compared to Budget Motel in Burley the previous night.

No nice walking area close.

The lobby area was a fan favorite for my family. We loved the provided board games, dvd player and dvds.. it was fun to relax and hang out down there.

The pool was closed our last night and that is one of the main things we book a hotel for when we can afford it, which is maybe once a year right now. So that was a major disappointment and really sucked for my kids and our vacation.

the location is perfect -this was our second stay and it was great both times. staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. the bed is comfy the sheets were soft sleeping was easy

the towels were a bit scratchy and the shower head water was coming out in a ring, so no water in the middle where its needed most. (rm231)

Key cards were awful, barely ever worked. Room was great, breakfast varieties offered. Staff great, location perfect.

I travel thru town 4-6 times a year...I stay at this property religiously for the last 5-6 years..I LOVE THE HOT TUB HOURS (LATE 4 ADULTS) but the last two times I have stayed there the hot tub either is out of service or this last visit the switch and the jets did not work efficiently. After driving several hours there is nothing more than I want to do before retiring is taking a nice long hot tub to relax me and retire for the evening....

They clean the room every morning. The shower water felt soft, which was great for my sensitive skin. Thermostat+room insulation was really efficient. I could leave the heater on for 30 minutes, then turn it off for the night & sleep in continuous warmth. The location is what really made this such a brilliant place. It's next to a bunch of shops and healthy restaurants, plus its within walkable distance to much of Blue Lakes Blvd, so I didn't have any issues with purchasing what I needed or finishing quick errands. The front desk lady was marvellous. Calm & informative. Neither too much nor too little. Really enjoyed being here.
