Really loved the cozy fall décor in the lobby, great tea and friendly conversations with staff, the extended check out for quiet rest, the pool and hot tub in great order, and convenient location for gas, shopping and eats! Housekeeping was also super helpful and considerate.

Only a slight disappointment in the mattress being more firm than my usual preference.

Wow! This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Location is great with so many stores nearby and even in walking distance. Rooms was amazing: clean, big, very comfortable. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool bath and that was a treat! Breakfast was very good too with a nice selection of hot and cold food items. The staff were very friendly.

We were on the second floor in back of the hotel. It was nice and quiet and had easy fast access to the parking lot. Also the grounds around the hotel seem to be really kept up and kept clean all the time.

We didn't care for the view outside our room window. We were staring at the back loading dock of the Target store. If it was just a night or two it wouldn't be quite as bad but we were there for four nights and got tired of looking at the back of a store.

I chose this particular facility because I wanted a breakfast and not pastries as I was going to be busy during the day with meetings checking out homes in the area

I did notice a strong smell of bleach as I approached the elevator other than that no issues

The front desk was ok, she could have given better directions to elevator and seemed to be pretending to be nice.

The pool was nice and clean. The room was simple but clean.

The breakfast wasn’t good unfortunately. We usually stay at the Marriott down the road and they have way better breakfast. I did prefer the pool here. But good breakfast is more important to me.

very nice hotel. loved the fall decorations. breakfast was very good. stayed 2 nights. needed to change rooms due to handicap making it hard to get in jacuzzi tub. very nice staff made that possible.

You need to change the breakfast menu its the same maybe biscuits and gravy would be nice Also the pool needs to stay warmer its always cold in the afternoon n midday.

Friendly staff. The desk clerk recommended nice restaurant and gave great directions to Shoshone Falls which we wanted to see while in town. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast choices were acceptable. There were lots of people taking advantage of the breakfast at the time we went to breakfast. The young lady who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast kept a sharp eye on tables as they emptied and quickly bused the tables and sanitized them and kept the breakfast buffet filled.

Really would have liked a shower rather than a tub, but was not available at the time of our stay. I don't know if they had a handicap room available or not so that was my fault not the hotel's fault.

location was great and so close to everything. room was very spacious. The staff were all very sweet and accommodating. my husband and I unfortunately had to cut our vacation short due to a family emergency and the staff was very understanding with our last minute changes and we were not charged for any last minute cancellations.
