My husband had extensive surgery on his mouth at Southern Idaho Dentures, which is close to this location. My Place Hotel got us checked in quick and early as to put my husband at ease. The recliner in the room was so comfortable he wished to take it home. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, the hotel was clean, the air conditioning worked fabulously. The facilities were quiet, perfect for recovery. The kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise, combined with Walmart being right next door,this helped with the cushion of the wallet. Besides the quiet nature of this hotel the best part was the comfortable beds, best nights sleep we’ve had in a long time by far. Truly, we are so thankful for the stay we had here, Thank you to the staff who made this difficult trip so peaceful!

There’s no pool/hot tub/spa… for this trip that was fine but the trips we bring our kids we won’t get to stay here… here being our new favorite place to stay.

After a grueling 12-hour drive, we walked into this hotel expecting just a bed.. but we were met with genuine warmth that felt like a hug. Angela at the front desk was an absolute gem. Even at 3 a.m., she greeted us with a radiant smile and a kind heart that immediately made us feel safe and seen. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.. and her calming, welcoming presence was exactly what we needed after such a long journey. She’s the kind of person every front desk needs.. graceful, attentive, and sincerely caring. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We slept like rocks. A huge shoutout to Brandy, too, for her exceptional work cleaning the room.. it’s clear she takes great pride in what she does. All in all, our stay was peaceful, pleasant, and far exceeded expectations.. we’ll definitely be back!

We thought that the lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing.I think her name was Terri. I haven’t had service like that in many many years. And then at checkout there were 2 staff at the desk when I checked out..they also were pleasant. Overall….very very impressed with the establishment & staff!! Will definitely be back next time while travelling through.

The bed was a bit saggy, however the comfy linens and bedding made up for it. Again this place was soooo comfortable, quiet and clean. We’ll see you again!!

Staff are great. Greeting with a smile after a long trip. Thanks Haille. This is our second time and glad we stayed again on our way to Az for the winter. . Had to write a review this time. The parking is close, well lit. The rooms have kitchens and we just heated up some pizza. They have utensils available if you need. Bed was great with 4 pillows and we liked the little table and chairs , recliner and huge refrigerator. We were able to keep some items we brought frozen in the large freezer. This is an extended stay motel and I can see why it is popular.

The most immaculate room I have ever stayed at. They even left a few chocolates on the bed waiting for me. Small details make all the difference.

Door code was not sent before I got there, luckily a VERY pleasant employee approached and asjed to help me. She got me right in with my code and explained how to enter and leave with door code. Super nice and welcoming! I could hear a train in the far distance one time, thought it might be an issue, but it wasn't, slept like a baby on the super comfy bed

Good location with restaurants close by. Very spacious room with full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Very quiet area. Helpful staff.

The breakfast in bed thing was a little strange. We did not take advantage of it as you had to microwave it yourself. Need a bar of soap for hand washing in the bathroom.

The design and the “my place” concept is just fun- especially the “my thoughts” notepad. The front desk host who checked me in was very professional and friendly. I believe her name is Angela. I place a high value on customer service and my positive check in set a wonderful tone that lasted through my stay!

the room, two queens, was spacious. it included a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. there was also a table with two chairs. In a closet there was an ironing board. The bathroom was nice, with a blow dryer.

I liked everything. Breakfast was not included, but instead they had food available 24/7 for purchase. I found this to be a very nice feature. I could get what I wanted if I needed something, but didn’t feel pressured to eat breakfast just because I’d already paid for it in the price. win-win! Besides, they had coffee available in the lobby which is all we really wanted.

Our room was not just exceptionally clean, but was kept up with fresh paint, and appliances, and awesome bedding. It came with an entire mini kitchen...that was a surprise! (Be sure and bring your own dishes & pans.)

The walk-in shower was a little hard to keep the water inside of it. And, a lightweight cotton blanket for the bed would have been nice. Trivialities.

Stayed two nights. The motel was just a parking lot away from the hospital we were visiting. The kitchen was unexpected. Good to have.

They didn’t have our reservations when we checked in. And the following day the key card didn’t work. Had to have it re-keyed twice. Other than that, everything was great
