Indoor pool 24hr, water temperature warm but not too much. Continental breakfast included and staff were very nice and polite . Plenty of extra towels in pool area, bathrooms next door.

You could smell the chlorine from the pool/hot tube all the way from any hallway. Burn your eyes when near pool area. Wish they could add a shower to rinse before/after using pool/hot tube.

Tons was a great place to stay. Our room was roomy and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Great location with restaurants and a Wal Mart close by. Nice breakfast with the usual cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. A nice surprise was a choice of eggs and pancakes cooked on a grill by a hotel employee.

The only thing would be that we could hear our neighbors turn on their shower.

The room was quiet and comfortable so we had a good night's sleep which was a priority for this stay. The breakfast was the high point, however. It was excellent. Best we have ever had.

The price was more than we wanted, but in line with what else was available in the area for the date of our stay.

Quiet and comfortable I have always enjoyed my stay in a Best Western. However, I would prefer to call the motel directly, rather pay Booking.Com a fee.

Electricity on one side of the bed didn't work, there was a coffee maker but no cups, and there was a used bar of soap in the shower.

Breakfast was great! Eggs cooked to order for the adults and bagels/waffles for the kids was perfect.

There was construction going on nearby that made things a bit chaotic in general, but we were happy with out stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

The staff are always very friendly, and welcoming. We appreciate that they accept pets since we travel with our dog.

This is not a reflection of the staff or the location more of the other guests non-respect for other travelers with pets. There was a significant amount of dog excrement on all the grass areas around the property

The check in staff went above and beyond to welcome us and get us settled. Our room was awesome - spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

Please update your website to reflect that you no longer have a fitness room. Also curtains on the door that separated the rooms in our suite would be nice.

This is our 2nd stay here when we are in town to visit family in Jerome. The rooms were big and comfy beds. Friendly staff and you get to enjoy free breakfast every morning. Great location. Pet friendly. Pool was opened 24 hrs.

Great place to stay. I’ve stayed here before, and enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was very clean throughout. Bed was very comfortable. Close to main roads and places to eat. The breakfast was excellent and made to order.

Hotel and room were much nicer than expected, good value for the money, good location near the freeway. Omelette bar at breakfast was a nice touch.

Breakfast was lacking in a few areas. For example there was oatmeal but no bowls set out to eat it in.
