Staff, especially Jaylene, were friendly and helpful. They gave me help and ideas about meals, shopping, and touristy things. I was in the area for a memorial service, and they were understanding. My room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. Parking was easy. Breakfast was simple and adequate. I was there four nights and enjoyed the stay.

There were some exterior upgrades in progress, but it wasn't disturbing. Their workout room was closed for some work.

It was quiet and good location to everything. Good water pressure in shower, nice tub. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. My room was clean. Good tv.

No elevator, I stayed on the 3rd floor. AC would turn off and not come back on sometimes. The construction workers made me feel a little uncomfortable. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Room was simple, clean and effective for our 1 night stay. We were traveling with a camper and dog. They have a large parking area at the back of the hotel for oversized vehicles/trailers and there were some nice stretches of grass for the dog to go to the bathroom. Was also only 10 minutes from Shoshone Falls and easily accessible right off the highway.

Friendly ladies at the front desk, very accommodating. Parked close to the room. Ice machine close by. Very quiet. Toilet and shower separate from the sink, which is convenient when traveling with someone. Clean, vinyl laminate floors. Breakfast was very good, the lady was very attentive and kept the hot food fresh and the counters clean.

Bed was on the hard side. No blankets.

Very comfortable and clean. Room was a little dark with the beige and brown colors . Very nicely done though. Good breakfast and nice staff.

They are stuccoing the outside and we were a little put off when we first arrived because we first saw the side under construction. However, when we saw the other side that was completed it was very nice.

Good variety of options for breakfast. The jacuzzi in the room was great. It was conveniently located to the place that we were in town to go to.

The selection of TV channels was pretty slim. The bed was really high and 5' 4" me felt like a little kid trying to climb up on the bed.

The location is good.Quiet place.The breakfast is good,the area is a little bit small,not enough tables.so we have to eat fast so that some can use the table

The room is not sound proof.you can hear steps from outside the room,the closing and opening of doors.

Very comfortable quiet and clean, newly renovated king suite. There are currently exterior renovations so part of the building had construction, but our stay was wonderful! Great breakfast too.

We happened to come through town on Cinco de Mayo and the Mexican restaurant next door was having quite a loud party. Not the hotel’s fault though, and probably rare.

Loved our room. Parking was close and room and bed were wonderful. The staff at the front desk were awesome. The young blond lady directed me where to park and had a luggage cart waiting for me when I got there!!
